‭I answered and an Indian sounding man said he was from some kind of accident and insurance... I said straight up, I haven’t been in any accidents and know about this scam so I’m not interested. He didn’t reply so I said, thanks bye. Definitely another scammer, I get calls everyday from mobiles like this one, it’s absolutely insane and should be illegal!

Chinese lady called from something assist, Sydney . Question her more about the company and she hung up

I have received 2 calls from these scum bags the first was at 7pm which I ignored, but did some research as to who was calling and found out that it was a scam, the second was at 11am which I answered. The indian guy gave me the name of Danny Joseph and said he was from Legal Assist and was calling in regards to an accident I was in. I asked him how he got my number as I am on a do not call register and he was in breach of the Australian Privacy Laws and the rule little man told me that he got my number from a survey that I completed, when I responded that I never completed a survey and asked again how he got my number he them said that my friends or family gave it to him. I told him that he was stupid as my family and friends would never give out my number, he then proceeded to ask me how can I be so sure have I asked my family, which only 3 people know I was in an accident and they all live with me, which I told him and he decided to ask me again if I was sure they didnt give out my number, at this point I was majorly P*$sed off and told him that he was a liar and that I was reporting him to scam watch and that the stupid dumb F*!k was to never call me again.
If you get a call from them just hang up

I've had several calls from this number. I answered one of them and it's a scam about being involved in a car accident. I blocked the number from my phone some weeks ago, but received another call from it tonight. Infuriating.

Caller: Legal assist insurance

had a call from these people, couldn't understand her, she had to repeat 3 times before i could pick up on what she was saying, i told her i will give my solicitors their phone number and she can discuss it with them, she hung up. this was the second call from these scammers i have had today and 4th in 2 weeks

Caller: Low life scammers claiming to be from Legal Assist.

Got abusive when I said they were low life scammers.

They did it again! Received a call this morning saying that I was involved in a car accident two years ago. I said to her you've targeted the wrong person and I hung up. Beware!

Just got a call from this number saying I had large compensation due from an accident. Sounded Malaysian or similar.

I regular calls from these dimwits but I don't answer. I ignore numbers I don't recognize. Of anyone knows me they can text me.

They keep calling but I avoid answering as I have seen many complaints related to this number. Sometimes I get a second call from a private number right after I reject answering their first call.

Caller: Claiming to be from "Legal Assist"

The caller stated: "You've have been in a car accident in the last two years, haven't you?" As per the other comments left here by others.

Clearly a scam.
