Text message saying if I wanted to negotiate a discount on my account I had to call back on a 1300 number. Didn’t say who it was for how much it was for or where they were from.

Lion Finance Scsmmers spoofing legit financial institutions to try and trick you into paying someone else’s debts. Can not comprehend how ACCC and ASIC can allow these fraudsters to continue operating. There needs to be a Royal Commission into this company and it’s associated scamming businesses.

Received a text from a "Michael"to call back on 1800 708 124 and quote some reference number.
Called - it goes nowhere. I believe it is Lion Finance. ASIC should do something about this mob. Plus there are no caller id's calls. NOBODY ANSWERS THEM. If it is an important issue, leave a message with your direct number. Or better. PUT IT IN WRITING!! Such a nuisance.

Just tried the link in a private window and the link can't be found. Number has been blocked from my phone.
