Called. Left a voice message but the message wasn’t a human. Sounded like a recording machine. Didn’t leave a name. Just asked me to call them back on 1800 617 899 and gave me me a reference number.

I did not get a call but only a voice message. The voice was a lady's voice and sounded like a machine. did not leave a name of company or person speaking just asked me to call 1800 617 899 and gave a reference number, and it all sounded muffled.

Pretended it was an Aged Care Facility on the voice message which was left for me.

called me, left no message, then sent me a text telling me to call them but no identification. I called them and a rude woman named Andrea answered. I asked who she was and why she was calling me and she said she didn't but someone from her company might have. I asked what company and what do they do and she wouldn't answer me. I said I was going to hang up as she wasn't being honest with me, and did.
