Got a message saying I have a DEBT owed to AAMI

I did have an accident with someone insured with AAMI earlier this year

But it wasn’t my fault and I suspect some dodgy companies (like AAMI) sell off debts they think they can’t recover to debt collectors like COLLECTION HOUSE

They won’t be getting my time or money

I got a call from these guys quoted their reference and asked what it is regarding no answer. Confirmed my name asked again what it was about no reply so I hung up. If it's what I think it's about they are just like the insurance companies they work for. They ignore you and don't listen to what is said.

They are definitely a scamming or secondary debt collection company. Once you’ve given your name and reference that will unfreeze your interest on your debt and you will legally be accepting fault and moneys owed if you have a debt haven’t paid something.

They kept calling in private number, then leave a message very fast which i can't really understand. Then i chose "return call" from my inbox, then this number came up. They kept asking for reference number and if i don't have it then they'll keep calling me with private/hidden number. Weird! if they need something from me, they should be upfront with their number, their names, what company they represent, what is the issue instead of terrorizing people.

Got a text saying I need to pay an outstanding debt to GIO. ( never been with GIO had to google it to find out who they were) told me to call on this number and quote your reference number. She said she couldn’t tell me anything unless I verified who I was, I said you tell me my name and I’ll tell you if you’re right she refused I hung up.

I just received the call. I didn’t reveal my name or any details. I said you called me so you confirm my details

Private number. Didn't answer then voicemail left to call (07) 3017 3877 with 11 digit ref number. No company name given or what the call is in regards to. Sounds like a complete scam.

Today I got Call from No caller ID so I didn’t answered the call after few minutes I got text message with voicemail and saying that I have debt and need to pay with referenc number.. Blady scammers

I received a text from 0420 101 937 saying to call collectoin house on (07) 3017 3877 require full payment owe to VERO account, so i called an gave my reference number but they keeping asking for my ID and does not want to tell me what was all this about. they reluctant to tell me their company name, just say they are from COH.

Received a text message from 0420 101 937demanding full payment owe to VERO, and asked to call (07) 3017 3877. I called but they reluctant to give their company name says their company called COH. They keeping asking me for my ID, I said I can't tell you my ID unless you tell me what is it all about. They don't want to tell me. so I hang up.! these bastards are just so annoying!

I have received voice mails saying they are VERO insurance although once the number came up as 'suncorp' andother time it came up as 'aami' and this time i have a text message sayign to call VERO insurance about a debt on (07) 3017 3877

We’re fishing for information for identifying fraud as the company they claimed to represent, I have never done business with. When I kept pressing for their ABN so I could confirm their existence, and the details of their Proffessional Indrmnity insurance policy, they hung up. Scammers

Today i received a text from ‭this numbe 0420 101 937‬ saying that my collection house is overdue by $60 and 20 days past due and said to call this number (07) 3017 3877 and with a ref number. Gave the number a call and i was on hold for 1:30 sec and they hung up on me, so i gave the mob number a call and the number does not exist.

This is the number rang me many times and didn't answer at all. Afterward leave the msg saying call back quoting the reference number

He contacted me today 28/10/15 and I was busy and did not pick up.Then he rang me from 0418 889 700. I thought it was a scam. So I just google it. Here you go!!!

Had a call from them. They tried to tell me my debt was going to court despite a legal arrangement already in place. Know your rights and don't let them lie to you
