We have a complaint about a parcel that's been missing for nearly three weeks and missed a call from the above number but when we tried to callback we got a recording which said if this is about a complaint ring Aust Post on 147678 and of course" this number is not available" is all we get!!!!!!!

I actually made a complaint about the Australia Post. They did leave a message on my mobile saying that they will follow my complaint with a letter. I actually call back on the phone (03) 9279 4000 but they said this is the number for the staff to contact people, if you have further queries you have to call a 13 number. Guess what the world we are in - is it either a scam call that you have to block the number OR it is a genuine Australia Post number, NEVER KNOW ???????
