Caller: Australia Post I only know it's Australia Post because of Reverse Australia-because they hung up on me!!!!! I have two missing Australian postage items from January with tracking, that have disappeared from the earth and they told me to wait until the end of February to see if they can find them. They are useless and have no integrity. They didn't even speak to me but hung up on me-but they will put a note on their system to say they have called me so the next person thinks it has been dealt with so they can delay and defer. A common practice for them.

Caller: auspost (found out by googling number) like others I called back the number and went on the "press number" runaround. Australia Post service has deteriorated over the years and continues to deteriorate. My parcel was dumpped at a post office despite the delivery address label clearly stating if no-one home leave at rear of carport - maybe they cannot read clear English. Item was left in the rain at front door, but was well packaged, so no harm done. the excuse was driver was unwell but obviously not too unwell to dump it at the post office.

Caller: Aust Post following up on complaint, whilst I was on another call. Aust Post is the pits. Complaining goes nowhere. Don’t waste your time. Call the Aust Post ombudsman instead.
