As soon as I picked up, the caller hung up straight away.. If this were Aust Post - what terrible service. Calling to follow up complaints but can't even remain on the line. Whats the point of calling in the first place

We have a complaint about a parcel that's been missing for nearly three weeks and missed a call from the above number but when we tried to callback we got a recording which said if this is about a complaint ring Aust Post on 147678 and of course" this number is not available" is all we get!!!!!!!
