I received a call from this number ... no message at all. I just blocked them. easy !!!

Getting calls from this number. I dont know if it is, or isnt foxtel, i jus dont answer it. Im so glad people post these comment as they really do make you aware.

called at 2:30pm 06/12/17. Claiming to be from foxtel, not even slightly believable. Hang up.

After reading these comments I will just block the number. They do not leave a voice message so they can’t be too keen for business.

Missed call. I rang back the number and it says "thank you for calling, Foxtel has recently tried to call you regarding our products. Thank you for your interest", then it disconnected.

I just cancelled my account and sent back my box yesterday and they auto cold call me to try and tell me I need a "Place to Call Home".

I do. It's called "Not at $60 a month; get lost"

After reading these comments, I wish I hadn't answered. They had some of my details but not all. Silly me gave them my numbers. Hmmm Foxtel saying I am a loyal customer and that I can now get a multi room box for $15pm.... I am not happy about them bugging me!

He says, When do you want the installers to come around. I said sorry, my partner does the budget so I cant give you an answer right now. Well when can I call again. Sorry I said, I work full time so cant tell you when. I will call you tomorrow he says What time is best? Sorry I say, I am not sure because I work. This kept going for like five minutes.

This is not Foxtel - it is a scam! They make offers and want personal details. Don't fall for it - just hang up if you answer, or block them.

Scam!! Block the number. Tried the "as a loyal Foxtel customer, we'd like to reward you with a year subscription to The Australian newspaper." Just confirm your surname- I didn't- and then he wanted to know the answer to a security question. I said that Foxtel had my info and seeing as he was the one ringing me, he could email me. He was very insistent and I can see how some people can fall for it. Thankfully I didn't give them anything.

I did too. Thank you, I would not have considered doing this for a few calls. Thank you in helping me avoid the aggravation.

I just received a call from the number mentioned, saying it was Foxtel,offering an new IQ 3 package etc, I asked the lady where and who are you, the call centre was in Africa then politely hung up. I then rang Foxtel Aus to confirm and they did not have any notes on their computers about the call, so my feeling it is a scam, beware
