We cancelled FOXTEL last week due to us moving and didn't want the product anymore. We were a Premium customer and had been with them for 18 years. They just cant get it through their thick heads that we have cancelled because we dont want anymore.
I have now blocked the number on my phone

Had a phone call from this number on the 28/5/15 from Foxtel saying we were a good customer and do we want a second box on trial for three months in another room. I put the call onto my husband and we said to them no thanks and hung up.

Foxtel, returned a missed call back to them and it was for product and services. Don't get a chance to speak to anyone. They just hang up on you. I have been a foxtel customer for over 10 years and what do i get? Sweet f*ck all, but if you are a new customer they get a lot of benefits for joining. Go figure.

As this is apparently Foxtel, I am now convinced I shall never subscribe again. I was thinking that way after the dramas trying to disconnect for a while. Confirmed my feelings now. Thanks everybody.

Just canceled our subscription in Saturday, the calls started Tuesday... Do they think harassing me with calls will make me want to join up again? Lol!

yeah it's bloody foxtel ! aaargh. Do they not realise it's this sort of behaviour that made me leave in the first place!? Idiots must think we are American or something. Foxtel if you monitor this site please accept Australians hate being hassled like this.

I disconnected my Foxtel a week ago. I started getting up to 5 calls a day pretty much straight away. When I did answer out of curiosity I was greeted with a voice messages that said "you have an important message,please stay on the line . . . all of our operators are busy."!!!
