Caller: NBN It is a legitimate number. I was hesitant as well, but I called then NBN help number directly 1800 687 626, see here: https://www.nbnco.com.au/corporate-information/contact-us) and got through to a person who confirmed the number was legitimate. I got a call again from this number and it was an NBN technician who guided me through the remote installation.
