I ate some food from mcdonald s on the 9th of April a fillet of fish meal and had very severe food poisoning I am still receiving treatment I am still having to take reflex medication as I now have a hernia due to all of the throwing up I did mcdonalds past my claim to there insurance company yet they continue to refuse to take on any blame if the burger I ate had been given to a child I would hate to have seen the consequences I can't work at the moment so I am unable to provide for my family my doctor says due to these circumstances I am developing depression which is another battle in itself

Hello, I emailed McDonald's store Taylor's lakes many months ago concerned of the hygiene in the kids play area it wasn't until I actually crawled inside when I head my son chocking that I was disgusted of the amount of built up dust, dirt and obviously kids hair throughout the playground . Food, wrappers etc were also throughout it was very obvious that the play area has not been maintained at all. This was one of my complaints that never was reindeer too and I'm extremely upset that my son had been checking on a ball of hair he put in his mouth from the playground. I am now fearful of bringing my children to eat in as we often did for play dates. I am willing to take this further as I strongly believe I have a very strong case. I don't think kids playgrounds at restaurants should be there if they are not kept up with maintenance and maintained /cleaned and sanitized as a restraint should do! 0425 851 299 or ra-chie @ hotmail.com

Not very happy with the bathurst store as I went there Sunday 11-8-13 brought 2 lge meals as I'm a glass collector also brought other items eg 2 apple pies the manager was getting the food & forgot to give me my apple pies so as I got distracted as well as my 21/2 yr old & 1 yr old screaming I walked off forgetting to ask for my glasses, so as I had another appointment which went for 2 hrs I rang up she was rude & said if u don't have u bloody receipt I don't get u glasses, I then told her I wasn't given a receipt she was still very rude all I wanted was my glasses as I collect them & that's the idea of buying a lge meal I don't eat all of,I could of took my rubbish back in & showed her or found the girl who served me but like I said I had another 2 hr appointment & she prob would of been gone. Pls get u staff off there butts & treat customers with respect & give them there items I work at McDonalds in Tamworth as well as other retail stores & I've always been told customers r right especially if u want there service even though I was only on hols & travelling through that's one store I will never go back to.

I live in Alice Springs and went to the Mc Donalds in Alice Springs a few weeks ago and was told that I gave them the wrong amount of money which I know I didn't do but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave the guy more. I left with the purchase. But tonight on the 26/7/13 I ordered a large fries and frozen coke was told it was $7.25 which I handed the correct money over to the young girl. when I got to the other window I was informed by a guy there that I was $2. short I did say to him that I know for a fact that I gave her the right money. So I pulled out another $2. and handed it to him. Which he gave back. I was made to feel like an idiot and I will never ever go to Mc Donalds again and will inform others of this. For a small town like Alice Springs word does get around. Very disappointed that this is the service we get here in the outback. How many other people does Mc Donalds employees get to rip off consumers like this. Every $1. adds up in a year. Will never go back would rather give my business to Hungry Jacks for fries from now on. Very disgusted in Mc Donalds staff in Alice Springs.

how very professional are all the staff at your falcon restaurant. we have been going there for some weeks now for our morning coffee and cannot fault the helpful and cheerful staff there. please keep it up !

My boyfriend regularly enjoys a quarter pounder meal but tonight the quarter pounder he got was absolutely discusting! The bun was STALE, the (scarce) amount of tomato sauce was DRY! there was a few little pieces of lettuce (there shouldnt be on that burger) there was a complete piece of onion (its meant to be diced) Oh and there was a LONG BLONDE HAIR attached to the burger!!! I've heard of ordering extra toppings but that was not called for! (he has brown hair, i have red so its not ours). We didn't notice how gross the burger was until we got home and we're actually turned off macdonalds for awhile. SHAME ON YOU MACDONALDS CAMPBELLTOWN. Really keeping up with the expectations!!

Malaga WA store forgot one of our burgers got 10 mins away to find out. Rang store offered burger and vouchers for inconvenience when I asked for the vouchers was told no ended up having huge argument with shift manager sally who behaved appallingly with no consideration for customers when I told her she was acting like a child instead of a manager she had no regard for either. Will be taking this one further her attitude was my problem not vouchers.

i have had enough of paying for wrong orders and the cherry on top was today when the happy meal had no toy my kids are currently screaming at me about it

A lot of negative comment, yes they can stuff up orders ect.
How about some compliments, just remember the person behind the counter is not responsible for every thing in he store. So abusing them is really not right. You have a problem ask politely for the manager,

I have been going to mMcdonalds for Frappe advertised which they cannot put fresh cream on top unlike overseas, they cannot give you strawberry only but has to come with banana, (who wants banana) latest is when ordering an ice cream with oreos at $4.20 and the ice cream was not bigger than an ice cream cone. Have Mcdonalds gone nuts or just got greedier? I asked the cashier if she had this correct and she told me it was 4.5 swirls to an oreo that is basically $1.00 a swirl - ARE YOU FOR REAL, The resteraunt at Flinders was disgusting whilst standing there several peoples orders were wrong what a shambles and HOW SHAMEFUL HAS MACDONALDS BECOME AND DISGUSTINGLY GREEDY and not value for money

I was just at Braeside McDonald's Victoria. The young man who served me tried to give me gold 'tokens' as change instead of $1 coins, when I asked for my real change the store manager came to the window and told me I had no right to talk to people like that (mearly asked for my correct change) .She then handed me my 'real' change and said a nasty remark as I thanked her drove away. I left feeling pretty disgusted in how I was treated over the whole situation.

I have been to the Beenleigh McDonalds seveal times now to get a chocolate Frap as it is the closest store to us and several times i have been told "we are not doing the at the moment" It doesnt matter what time of the day I go to order one this is what i am being told everytime. If they are not doing them then they should not be advertising them. Its starting to get pretty dissapointing.
