Called at Mac Donald's at Hexham NSW & bought a thick shake & icescream got lovely service by the girl that takes your money.By the time I was to collect what I ordered a young girl was standing at the window handing me a drippy icescream that went everywhere down the inside of my door in amongst the door & window switches.I was handed a cloth to clean up it went all over my books as well I was not impressed.I was hurried up how rude no apology another drippy icescream they tried to give me when I was still trying to clean up.They replaced that one & I said that I hav'nt even shut my door properly or put my seat belt on.I said how about abit of respect which the boss man replied it goes both ways. He's not much of an example for his workers. The young girl then slammed the sliding window across with anger. Not very nice treating an elderly citizen like that they have no manners what so ever. This happened 27/6/2017 at 17:30:44 ORD # 18 REG # 3.

I went to McDonald's at Lake Haven(Central Coast) while living in the area, it was very dirty everywhere as well as lots of birds pulling food from the outside bins near the main door and bird droppings all over the outside tables, needs a better clean before I go back.

Called in to McDonalds Urangan Qld for a quick bite & toilet stop I was totally disgusted at the state of the ladies toilet , this was at 7am in the morning. I spoke to manager about this problem who went in to check them said he cleaned but had to speak to him a second time and tell him the bowl of toilet was still unacceptable which he then attempted to clean again. Don't these kids know how to clean a toilet with a brush.

Iam out rage at Mr d walker at heatherbrea mcdonalds at how he treats his staff as he has rules for the ones he likes and the ones he does not like he has it in them big time. I feel that Mr d walker should not be a manger due to the way he speaks to hes staff.

Mcdonalds in urangan hervey bay qld not only do they not care about what goes on in the carpark with friends of the employees use the car park as a skid pad considering they have cameras facing the carpark and they know what is happening but the employees themselves leaves the establishment the same way after hours and the homes across the road do not need to hear them or their friends leaving the establishment if it doesn't stop I am taking all the footage to the news channels and papers.

I wish to commend the Charlestown McDonald's for engaging Karen as their McCafe Supervisor. I attend their breakfast and have for the past 18 years.
Charlestown McDonald's has improved immensely since having Karen and her crew in charge.
The place has improved in all areas of cleanliness, assistance and service with a smile. Thank You it is now a pleasure to have breakfast here, keep up the good work.
Yours sincerely

Why does Caringbah MacDonalds make drive through customers drive onto the footpath and wait for a staff member to come out to the car and give them their meal even if they are the only car in the drive through? They have done this for years. I'm told it is to cheat the system and make it look like they are serving customers quicker. This is not only dangerous but also deceitful.

I would like to bring it to Head Office attention about the lose of income they are doing to themselves. The Grey Nomads that travel Australia regularly pull up for coffee breaks all the time. But your policy of no dogs allowed in outdoor dining is really losing you big dollars. Its an outdoor area, not even near the food preparing area. Nearly all Grey Nomads travel with small dogs that are well behaved, even better behaved then some children. Change your policy and let small dogs into the out door dining. Also why have the muffins decreased in size and bring back the blueberry muffin? Stopped at the Grafton McDonald's twice during May and the lift is not working again. Every time we travel past Grafton the lift is out, please fix it.

I sit here at Kenmore Brisbane McDonalds almost everyday as I study Law. I have watched over and over again little children getting out of the play area (which is metres away from a busy car park) because the gate latch is not safe. I have spoken to the manager and staff here who say they cannot do anything and have spoken to the area manager 3 times and emailed McDonalds twice with my concerns. The gate is fine - but the latch is too low and can be reached by 3 - 5 year olds and the little ones sneak out when the older children get out. The parent's area is around the corner, and I realise it is the responsibility of the parents to watch the children, but McDonald fosters the children being a large part of their restaurants and the advertising is aimed at children plus their expensive playgrounds, so they should play a large role in the children's protection whilst on the premises. All it needs is a high latch as is on any pool fence.....I believe a busy road and car park on the other side of a child safety gate is as dangerous as a pool. Does a child have to be hurt or killed for SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING????

My son who has worked at the Bonnyrigg store for the past 2 years as their cafe coordinator resigned last week over an incident that the Store Manager and the Consultant deemed to be a sackable offence. He had a meeting with both of these people and 4 times during this 10 minute meeting they stated it was a sackable offence. They set down to have a meeting with him the next day to decide what they would do now as they had already pointed out a number of times what the view was my son decided that it would be better to resign that day then to front up for the meeting to be sacked. The Store manager was notified of this within 2 hours of the meeting finishing to which his reply was "that's probably for the best". Now he had been advised that he will not be paid out any of his annual leave as he didn't give them a weeks notice on resigning. How the hell this company gets anyone to work for them is beyond me you use your workers pay them minimal wages and at the end of the day once they hit 20 you either cut their hours or find reasons to sack them.Believe me we have every intention of taking this further.

Shame on McDonalds as a regular customer at many locations around Nsw over the past few years the service has gone down . The Product is no longer value for money .It's just corporate greed with out customers who keep returning you will keep going down hill .
McDonalds Australia you need to re think you want to survive or fizz out ...
I Recently been to Europe and their service is 100% better and you actually get VALUE for the Money unlike Australia ..
