Shame on you for the proposed mcdonalds in tecoma vic. You proport to be community concious but have no qualms about destroying a small quiet village with a 24 hour store. Your store is completely out of place with the local area and community. Your lust for profit has no thought for effects. Two weeks ago I took 2 grandchildren into the McDonalds at Kippax, during the ordering process I saw an employee, who I believe was off duty,and in jeans and t-shirt come along to the cashier and speak to the cashier while I was waiting for our orders. The male who was off duty, in plain clothes was asked by a staff member if he could help, he then walked into the food preparation area and began to fill orders for the drive-in customers, he then got an ice cream or a drink as well as food items and left. He was laughing as he left via the front door so obviously he thought he was "cool" as they say. There were limited customers in the shop so a lot of noise was made by all concerned behind the counter, I found the behavior of all staff unacceptable. Our food took ages, we were the only 3 customers waiting, the chips were cold as was my chicken fillet burger, which was cold in the centre, therefore I didn't finish eating my meal the 2 meals for my grandchildren were ok. About time service was picked up and food was presented properly cooked. The Kippax ACT Restaurant is about 2-4 years old and at times looks like it needs a good clean.

What is the matter with you people?
1. Why eat that sh*t anyway?
2. Why complain here? If you have a health or hygiene related issue contact your local council or the health department (http://www.health.gov.au/)
3. If you have dodgy food, raw, infested etc, keep it as evidence to hand over to the correct authorities, do not discard it.

I eat breakfast at McDONALD'S everymorning and have for for about 4 years alternating between stores and Aldinga Beach has the most unreliable staff I have come across. I reckon they stuff my order 8/10 times and all I order is a sausage Mcmuffin meal with a large coke. I used to work for these jokers when I was young and they give me every excuse under the sun why the orders are wrong but end of the day they are young, don't listen and just plain f@#king stupid.
Get your sh*t together. I will send back every single bit of food now that is overcooked, undercooked or just doesn't even look right, I don't care how much you waste but I'm not paying for food that has not been prepared even half parsed. Just make the f@#king effort c#nts.

So sick of the Managers at Carne's Hill McDonalds being rude to the young crew workers. I take my child there every day after school for an ice cream and i cannot tell you the amount of rudeness i have witnessed. Those poor kids all look so down trodden. It is usually the young managers. I don't know why the managers are not helpful instead snide remarks are made, I heard one young member ask to leave as shift finished and manager barked No. I have also heard a young crew member ask about something and they manager raised voice and said "i dont care. Almost every day i witness something. If i was the parents of those kids i would be complaining. It is not on. I hope they get to read this, kids well being at stake here. Stop being nasty

a couple of weeks ago I went to McDonalds south Nowra and the lady who did my order got everything wrong! so I went up to the counter and told a young lady with the name of Elouise that everything was incorrect and she fixed everything and apologised even though non of it was her fault. that McDonalds should hire more people like this beautiful young lady because she was very polite and does her job correctly and with a smile on her face. I hope that the next time I go there the people are more polite and they get my order correct!

My husband order for caple of happy meal, Big Mac meal and quater pounder meal. We always order like that. We never checked what inside our burger. 25 th December 2017 my husband ate quater pounder burger after finished half he gave me to eat. I ate two or three bites suddenly I saw there was another meat except beff. I showed my husband and he he show the stuff and stuff said it is Ham. For your kind information we are Muslim and pork is haram for us. We never think eat pork, this is our religious issue. We never order like this type meal. How can it possible?
