They ring and hang up...sometimes before I even answer! it isn't really Telstra, it's a bunch of crooks 'selling' for them... GRR! I'm on the Do Not Call register, will be complaining!

Getting really fedup with them calling. Going to lodge a compalint but guess wont do any good.

If you are registered on the 'do not call register' go the website and fill in the complaint form. It only takes 5 minutes and is the only way to stop these low life's!

I am so sick and tired of calls from this number. They ring at exactly the same time every day and hang up when I answer. Does any one know how to stop them calling???

Call me 4 times a day it is a marketing company collecting your data of when you are home and then telstra sell it to companies knowing that your number is real and someone will answer. Increases their sales strike rate and know that the numbers they have are warm leads. Bunch of wankers cold calling

I was called by these people too and they said they were from Telstra and there was an issue of some sort. She asked for my date of birth and I said NO, you called me. You tell ME what my date of birth is. She hung up.

I received a call from this number claiming it was telstra investigating a security issue. I refused to advise them of my date of birth, I said you should know it, you tell me, I'll tell you if its correct. response was, I'm guessing you were born in the late 60's. WRONG!! odviuosly have no access to such info. what shonks!!

Yep - this number has been bugging me with calls that hang up too ..what's their point? Is there anything we can do or contact?

We are getting 3 calls a day from this number. We don't answer and as soon as it goes to our voice mail they hang up....how rude

This is pissing me off!!

I've been getting up to 4 a day from the @$$holes !! And I've never ever been with Telstra. Also a reckon it's a ploy for people to call the number back and be charged, therefore Telstra making money !

Been getting calls three times a day after lunch for the last three weeks, including weekends. Enough is enough!!!

they call me exact time every day, don't know why they bother ?? Do they actually pay people to do this?

I get at least 2-3 missed calls from this number (08) 9424 4710 every day for the last 3-4 weeks.

Not sure who it is, but I just missed a call from the number.

So if they are trying to improve our service or even trying to sell something, why the heck do they hang up as soon as you answer the phone????
I dont mind them not leaving a message on my machine, but when I answer the phone, why don't they wanna talk to me then??????
If they at least would talk to me, then it would be half as annoying as it is right now.
I would know what they want and also could tell them to stop bothering me wiht their stupid stuff.

I hope this ends soon. I hate running to the phone for nothing and no reason.
