I've been getting calls and they just hang up after answering

I keep getting this number call me every day for months. It's so annoying!

Have had 5 missed calls from this number in just as many days. I have now blocked this number after reading all these helpful comments

Just Relentless Calling. If You Don't Answer It Calls More Frequently. I Will Be Putting In A Complaint Myself

This number has called me 2 times every day for over a week. When I call back the number has a recorded phone message directing me to call a 1800 number.

I have had a call from (08) 9289 2045 the last 2 days but not knowing who the caller is as i dont answer interstate callers unless i know who they are i just dont answer the call.The call comes in the same time both day i will not and if i get more i will report to Scam Watch and block the number.

spam telling me he was from optus. asking for my info.. never gave and hanh up

Same...calling me yesterday and today. Said he was calling from Optus, asked my date of birth, offering a better plan etc. Yep, blocked the number.

They call me every single day for weeks now and my son's phone. We are with optus too. Will now block them. Thank you

Received calls from this number and answered it today to tell them where to go.....the guy spoke so fast and asked if I wanted to change my current nbn provider to which I stated "not to optus as it doesn't work where I live". He was rude. I asked him where he was calling from and he told me Melbourne.....um Melbourne is (03) not (08).
Not happy, putting in a complaint with Optus.

This number calls me daily, but hangs up without saying anything. I blocked them, but OPTUS message tells me each time I have a missed call from them - once a day

My husband was called from this number he called optus and he said they have no record of my husband getting a good deal for home phone & internet anf that they dont call customers so late and wont call if my husband just have mobile plan. My husband being trustworthy have given them his dob and now his worried. Ive told him so many times not be so trusting.
