I sent an email to iinet support this morning 15/4/16 asking them to call me back between 4.00pm and 8.00pm. when did they call 12.20pm! cant they tell the time? when I called them, the voice message was made by an indian lady who spoke so fast and with such a thick accent, I couldn't understand much of what she said, and I was informed that I would have to wait between 39 mins and 1 hour. How is this customer service???

iiNet, called at 7pm, which wouldn't have been bad except I sent in an email, to avoid having to speak on the phone, at 11am.
They called twice, and sent a text message as I was trying to call back, and the wait time was 1 hour?

iinet - I have a complaint going through the TIO. And their tv ad says best customer service? WHO are they trying to kid? And yes it annoys me too when you email them and they try to contract you by phone.

iinet also Westnet same company. I've stayed with them a long time I put up with all the bad points and service. They do try though. Shame they can't perform. I waited for NBN before changing, have to wait and see if my new plan is any better but it is $20 a month cheaper..... PS Please move that bloke in the blue jumper on or at least give him some decent lines to say

I called yesterday, issue resolved, they then called me back for no reason lol

They've called again today as well and as soon as I answered they hung up. The common courtesy if the call is made in error is to at least respond to the individual before hanging up. Weirdos

This iinet call back feature worked on Saturday, but I chose an option in the callback to cancel the enquiry. It now Tuesday and I've received two calls again from the service without any audio on the line saying who is calling. They obviously have a software issue.

From the above, I now know it was iinet but when I returned their call on that number, I wasn't aware that it was a Perth number as Adelaide numbers are (08) as well. Not happy that I had to pay for a "national" call.
