Before ADAM Internet was taken over by this company, there were not major problems. Since iinet took over, nothing but erroneous disconnections, because they do NOT check to see if you are in credit before they disconnect you. They also regularly disconnect vulnerable people without warning, and WHEN THEY ARE IN CREDIT. This company is getting away with criminal double-billing, and needs reporting to relevant authorities, and a class legal action would be well over due.

this was a callback I requested from iinet and was blocked before I could answer

iiNet calling me back regarding relocation - I had submitted online that we were moving apartments to move over our internet service.
Still annoying as they tried to over charge me when we were told there would be no charge with moving around as we are renting.

was the scheduled call back.. I think the app actually hung up on them thinking it was spam.. uninstalling who called me because I waited 4hrs for this call..

iinet call back number, so I don't have to wait on the line for an hour. The operator solved my problem with spam emails. I've always found them very helpful. Their call centre at times has been overseas including South Africa. I've been with TransAct and now iinet and both have been very good.

They rang my landline, but all that was on the Message bank was 'ba', they obviously didnot wait for the tone... Later the same thing happenecd on my mobile. Up until now [13years of iinet] I have had little problems. When a problem has occured, iinet has been very good in resolving the problem, usually in TELSTRA's exchanges or line plant. iinet have help desk spread over AU, NZ & Sth Africa. All people I hjave had experience with spopke fluent english...
