The company is TGA Telco Group and TSA Group seeling telecom services. They say they work for Telstra but this is a lie as they do not. Their phone numbers are 1800 634 055 and (08) 9327 4098.

Fill out this from and ask them to put your number on their local DNC list. Ask them to confirm by writing or phone (or both) if you like as they are legally required to and you have a record.

They are breaking the law by running their dialler on such a high abandonment rate.

Still getting these calls. I have had about 10 in the last week.

These people give me the sh*ts. They ring me every second day, when i answer they hang up. Then I call them and get an automated service. Telstra, you've lost me, when my contract expires i'm out of here.

you can call Do Not Call Register on 1300 792 958 to register your mobile or home number. It takes 30 days for the calls to stop and lasts for 6 years, then you have to renew. go to www.donotcall.gov.au/ for more details. cheers, karen

(08) 6210 2355 Rings my home number about 2-3 times a day - called Telstra Nuisance Calls 1800 805 996 and they have put a request for them to be blocked from calling us.

Same as all above keep getting these calls from that number . Now I know who they are . Just added to contacts as do not answer

They're a pain in the a*ss. I'm receiving calls from them two to three times a week now.

How can they still be connected and still up to what ever it is they do? I just got another one.. Surely the phone provider can track them down and delete them.

Have received at least 50 calls over a period of probably 6 - 12 months. Have just phoned Telstra nuisance calls number on 1800 805 996 - gave them the number that was calling us (08) 6210 2355 and all future calls will be blocked from this number!

TSA, TTA, and TGA Telco Group are the same company. They are the outsourced telemarketing company that Telstra employ. I have confirmed this with Telstra and with TTA/TGA/TSA Telco. They can be contacted on (08) 9217 7000 directly if you wish to speak to someone and not be put through an automated menu. I was told by one person that the hang ups were a result of computer problems (not likely as it seems this has been going on for over a year) then another person told me the autodialer was picking up a message bank at my end (BULL SH*T) because I don't have message bank. How about we all start calling their main office number and hanging up on them!

well... that explains that! very annoying one example, i do a alot of driving for work and one day car-kit not working, phone rings, try and find safe place to pull off main highway, stop answer phone, and they hang up on me!
