I saw this on another forum. Ring 1800 805 996 . It's Telstra's "unwanted calls" service. They told me the (08) 6210 2355 number is in their top10 list and has it's own spreadsheet of complaints.

Put this number in my phone memory. Will never answer when this number appears on display as Telstra Telemarketer.

they called me and when I questioned them as to who they were the woman on the other end got snooty and hung up, I redialled them and was on hold for 5 minutes, I am sick of people hiding behind phone/email and not having the balls to be decent and honest about what they want.

I got a brand new number from Telstra, started getting calls from this number a few days later. I'm thinking based on that turnaround really has to be a Telstra shared list. I told them never to call me again, low and behold kept calling. Seeking credit off Telstra for each time they call.

They ring every two days - I don't answer.

Wish they would stop harassing me. I don't know how many times they have called in the last couple of weeks (rings and when you answer it hangs up). Will be taking this further as I am on the do not call register.

They've been trying to call me but I was unable to answer my mobile about 5 or 6 times over a couple of days. I tried calling and got stuck on hold each time. I finally was able to answer their call and they wanted me to provide personal details to prove my identity. I said that I couldn't be sure who the person on the other of the phone was so she said fine and hung up on me. Personally, I don't believe they are Telstra at all.

TTA Telco pretending to be Telstra - annoying spam calls almost daily - they hang up as soon as you answer

This is a Telemarketing company allegedly operating on behalf of Telstra out of Melbourne. The company appears to be operating out of Western Australia. They are TSA Telco Group. They should not be misrepresenting any details in their communication.

If you have an issue with them contact Telstra on 132200 and raise the matter with them. Otherwise, the Telecommunications Ombudsman can be complained to.

You can register your contact number on the "Do Not Call Register" and if they continue to do so they will be fined. www.donotcall.gov.au/

This no rings constantly...barely enough time to get to the phone and answer. After reading all these comments, I will ignore them or bar the no from my mobile!

they keep calling me and I added the number to my contacts list so it would identify them when they called back but their name doesn't connect with the number so can't identify them. Why doesn't Telstra do something about this as they are supposedly representing Telstra. It just hangs up when you answer - what unprofessional companies are Telstra allowing to represent them???

I have been getting Daily calls at my Workplace from this number, and its absolute bs.

Yep, I've had 3 calls in the last week alone. It often hangs up before I even get to the phone - so damn annoying. I called the number back today, but after being on hold at my expense for 7 minutes, I gave up. I was really going to tell them to get my number off their automated computer system or I'd be reporting them to the telecommunications ombudsman (if there is one) Any threat will do!

Not sure why everyone is attacking Telstra, its a nice curtecy call and it helps you get more from your service if needed. The lady was nice and polite. If you do not want them to call, tell them or call the number and remove your self from the list.

These clowns ring. Then they confirm your business name, ask you the same question again, the again and again ...... and then ??? They hang up...

They ring me every few months - they found the business name, probably on the internet. They hang up partway through the call!

I just got a call from them telling me they were Telstra business and was i aware my mobile plans were expired. I actually know the expiry date, so when i told him i did know when the date was, he said 'let me double check' and hung up! CLOWNS.
