Not Premium Wealth (Brisbane) again - The bottom line is that they convince you that you NEED to buy an investment property so you are in a better financial position now and in retirement - but in reality its about making money for them by selling you property.

Sure, let the guy from Premium Wealth come into your home and talk to you - just be aware he is there to get you to fly to Brisbane (that is how he earns his commission).

And when you fly to Brisbane let the 'specialists' who will tailor there advice to your specific needs talk you into buying an investment property - that is how they earn there commission.

A lady called at dinner preparation time. Stated she'd only keep me a few minutes. (I ended up speaking with 3 people - total 17mins). I told her I wasn't interested - we already have our Financial Advisor and Accountant. I don't have 5yrs left in the work force, already have salary sacrifice, paid off our mortgage and I'm nearly 60, with my Husband over 65
Still they persisted... (I should have hung up in their ear - but too 'nice' to do that).
I ended up making an appointment to suit my husband and I and asked for a call-back No. in case I wished to cancel.
After checking with our FA, decided not to go ahead. I called back the day before the appointment and cancelled.
An hour later had a Rep from them called me....".I had a message that you had a few questions" she says. I told her very firmly I had NO questions...I just cancelled the appointment, after consulting with our FA and Accountant. She proceeded to criticise our FA & Accountant and asked what they had told me.
I said that was personal information, I have given you the courtesy to call back and cancel the appointment, and you're putting me through the 3 degree.
With that she wished me a good afternoon - and hung up....

I received two calls from the so called Premium Group this week. 1st one from a woman and I said that I am not interested. The second one from a man who started off by saying that it is not a sales call and that they are contacting working home owners in the area. I asked him what area that might be. He said Brisbane and Toowoomba. What a strange answer. Anyway, I said I do not live in that area and he got all weird and hung up.

Same as the rest. I was called on 0422 272 094. I was initially interested, but after reading all these comments. I am glad I didn't agree to have someone come to my house.

I hate telemarketers and am on the do not call list. I advised this to "Brittany" when she called. She explained politely how I could update my details on the DNC list, which I will do.
They are calling from Premium Private Wealth in Brisbane - a financial services company. Brittany said they help save tax, pay off mortgages faster and build wealth for retirement. I was skeptical but booked the appointment anyway - figured I'd listen to the spiel and take the information. The consultant arrived on time as booked. She explained who they were, what would be discussed and made it clear that if I was not interested and saw no benefit at the end of the chat, I was to just say so.
After showing me the company's ASIC licences, she asked me what my goals were - discussed paying out the mortgage, paying less tax, and being comfortable in retirement. Why hadn't I made plans to do so yet, she asked. I don't have time and I've got my super anyway.
She then took me through the retiring sheet, apparently i don't have as much as I thought I needed. Doing the sums, I'd never save enough to support myself, let alone travel or enjoy life without work - so I didn't believe her when she explained I still had options. To qualify me, I had to provide approximates about my loans and income. If I qualified, I could go to Brisbane and get professional information about my options, and discuss in detail with their team of consultants.
I was irritated that more info wasn't given on the night, and flying to Brisbane was a hassle.. But for $195 fully refundable, I figured why not? Nothing to lose. Office visit next week and will update this post with the results, if any.

I've been getting numerous missed calls from this same number even though my number is not listed. Finally answered it this arvo and had some clown spurting the same crap that has already been mentioned here. I made it sound like we weren't too well off and as soon as she heard that, she treated me like a red-headed stepchild and dropped the call saying they would call again in 12 months. F**king pests! Surely this tactic isn't winning them any suckers........oops, I mean customers!

I've had numerous missed calls from this number (07) 3811 4890 outside of business hours (no message left on answering service) - as a business I tried to return the call and it never connects, so I assume it is a scam or telemarketer using an internet phone, with a number that appears to be a local Brisbane number. Did a search and ended up here!

The last week I have been called at least 5 to 6 times a day. The ones during the day I suspect are just seeing if I am home - then in the afternoon/evening, I get at least 3 calls a night. No one is actually talking however. I just wish they would stop calling,

Will from Premium Group of companies called to explain this "wonderful" service and we made an appointment with him. Didn't bother to show up, no phone call & when we called to see what the story was, no answer on (07) 3811 4800 which is the number we have! Don't bother, don't know what this is all about but certainly not interested now!

Is this a total scam as they said they will be around in a couple of days. Not so sure now though, as I have read some of these messages.

I have just had a call from Premium Group on my mobile number. Same message as everyone else in regards to tax breaks. Phone number was (07) 3054 3788 - not in service when you try to call them back.
