I've visited there website and I have there office phone number it is (07) 3024 1700. I like to ring them 4 or 5 times a day and let them know that I am selling Umbrellas for $10 each, they haven't bought any yet but I'll still keep calling.

I encourage all if you to do the same.

Open mind, I am an accountant. These guys are bullsh*tting you about paying your mortgage off with "little known tax break laws". I can assure you accountants and tax agents know EVERY tax break there is for their clients - that is our job. If your accountant doesn't know about it, then it is bullsh*t. Be very careful as to the words they use, they like to call things fancy names, when what they are talking about is standard tax practice.

On another note, my husband's ex-wife got sucked into one of these to buy an apartment in Melbourne. She asked my advice, I did extensive research and told her not to go near it. She ignored my advice and 3 years later has admitted to our mutual friends that she wishes she had listened to me as it has turned into a disaster.

Beware of the fancy talk - her "wealth advisors" had some very fancy name for a PAYG Withholding Variation (even the tax office calls it this) and belittled me as her accountant that I didn't know what it was. They called it a Section15-15 variation. I looked up the legislation and found all they were talking about was a variation of her withholding tax taken from her pay, as the rental property was negatively geared. They told her she would save $9,000 a year in tax. Unfortunately, she didn't pay $9,000 in tax.

You need to understand negative gearing - it means you are actually losing money on the investment every year and the capital growth needs to outstrip these losses - if the difference between the income and outgoings is, say, $30,000, it means that you need to come up with the difference because this is actually cash in vs cash out. Which also means if you sold the property in 10 years time, you would need to sell it for approximately $210,000 (after tax breaks) before you even saw a profit. Negative gearing has great advantages, but if anyone is selling an investment based on just a tax break, then you should run. All investments should be bought on the basis of increasing your wealth, not saving a bit of tax. Plus, under the Tax Act, if your sole purpose of entering into any transaction is to get a tax benefit, it can be denied under Part IVA.

Before you sign up, please get independent advice from an accountant - paying $500 for good advice now will save you thousands later on.

Had a call from this company, the telemarketer said he was from "premier group of companies" for premier finance. Said a lot of convincing words about reinvesting tax from your gross income. Didn't feel confident about their true nature and they called at the most inappropriate time. My phone is not listed so I have no idea about where they got my number from.

Called & told not interested. Called & spoke with wife who told them to ring me. They called again & the lady spoke at 100 miles an hour hardly drawing breath & saying I'd be silly not to take it up.But it was the it that couldnt be explained other than to say they can save me thousands in tax to go towards my mortgage. Also said my accountant mustnt be too good if they don't know about this - whatever this actually is.By the way I would imagine the very favourable comments have been left by their operators.

Got a call on Friday on my day off! Asked what exactly they are, no real straight answer. Just that they don't offer this service to everyone. Pleasant enough big no real substance to the call. Just offering information re the new federal government changes. Whatever...

They're not a scam, they're a holistic service.

Spoke to a man name Nathan, supoosedly a supervisor in their call centre and he handled the call quite well, put my wife and myself into an appointment. Great quality from his end of the service, then a man named Mark came to my home, provided me with a nice service of informing us for what can utilize from the taxes we pay.

Great to know what we're entitled too. Unfortunately for them we didn't go further with them, we're going through our accountant (brother). But i strongly recommend receiving it to know what you can do with your taxes.

I had a call from Nathan on behalf of the Premium Group.
He was very friendly, as well as very informative, I then decided to take an appointment with them, it went for roughly 60 minutes. I did gain a lot of necessary information and decided to go to their head office.
I spent a weekend in a luxurious apartment and was greeted kindly by most of the staff that i came in contact with..
I decided not to go further with their services because i was made redundant the following week.
They did refund me for everything i paid for, and will indefinitely use their services in the future.
Thank you for your patience over the phone with me Nathan, hopefully we'll speak again mate.

I ansewered a random call and once i found out what that were about i repectfully declined the offer. More calls ensued so i finally agreed to let them come to the house and give the speel.

Upon arriving i (not so politley) told them to GTFO.

"I told you i was not interested yet you kept calling, so i have made this appointment with the full intention of wasting your time and telling you to piss off I am listed on the 'do not call register' so if you want to ignore my request not to be cold called then i will waste your time as you have watsed mine...Now you have 30 secsonds to leave my property before a sick the dogs onto you"

Then he left

So sick of incoming spam callers. How about Australia becomes the first country to ban outright any solicitation calls, and make any breech an instant gaol sentence of 6mths for the caller and 10 years for the company director. It's just not good enough putting your number on the do not call register. They still keep calling because they have nothing to lose.

Just had a call from this company " premium group of companies"- she starts off saying "I'm not selling anything" and wants to set up a meeting in our home to see " if we are eligible" for receiving tax benefits from the federal government, she said " by investing your tax dollars into your assets." I googled them. It's basically old information- tax breaks for investments. As if I'm going to let a complete stranger into my house and provide them with financial details! Besides, we're already taking advantage of the tax breaks. Any accountant can give you the same info.

DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE. I lost nearly $60K on a piece of crap real estate on the sunshine coast I was conned into buying from these people. Was a total disaster. I was lied to by the salesperson about costs, how the loans would be set up etc the list goes on. Whatever they sell is well and truly overpriced and you will never make money on the crap they sell in Queensland. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS and do not go to a FREE consultation.

Caller: Harry (Premium Group)

I declined the phone conversation WHEN I could get a word in. Loud & talked over the top of me especially when I asked who he specifically worked for & what the call was about. Didn't really get a "real" response. Told him not interested. Eventually got off the phone. I then tried to Google them & got a legit finance company who said they continually get calls from the public asking for verification of cold callers. The lovely chap gave me two numbers to watch out for IF they don't block their number - (07) 3024 1700 or 1800 095 288. Blooming annoying buggers!!!!

This group have been ringing me non stop over the past two days (even on a Saturday!!!) and the most recent caller was incredibly rude. When I told him I wasn't interested and please take me off the call list he very rudely responded 'How do you know you're not interested if you don't know everything I'm offering?!'. I let him say his spiel, and then said 'Oh ok, well my husband is an accountant...' and he hung up straight away. Such a scam!!!

Adam you are very lucky you went no further , we were flown from Darwin to Brisbane and spent 10 hrs with them on sunday ,we nearly got sucked into buying a property 45 mins SW of Brisbane one of 116 townhouses 180 sqr mtrs for $325 ,000 ,its about $100,000 overpriced and they only work through 2 developers the finish was cheap and nasty and my guess is they are in collusion with or connected to the developers. At the end of the day they had three people in the room trying to get us to buy something that is using their solicitors ,their finance , their insurance and you are paying them to manage it for you, and yes they sh*tcanned my KPMG trained accountant as well for not knowing this tax incentive , mate you dodged a bullet I have been trained by the best sales people in the world with integrity and my alarm bells were ringing all over this .
