Had a consultation with two men, One man was named *hidden* which is the director of the company. I blatantly told them to leave my home because i suspected they were on drugs.

Never ever having anybody come to my home, even if it is a free service. Let alone they were quite disgruntled and very abusive, even *hidden*. Disgusting service and would never take on their services!

Have had a few calls now despite me asking to be taken off the list. With the last one, I asked again who they were & what were they offering. She spoke to me like I was stupid. So I turned it around on her. I asked her name, her age bracket & employment status. And her annual salary. When she asked why, I explained I had an offer for her but needed to see if she qualified. Exactly as she had asked me. When she said it wasn't my business I told her my info wasn't hers either. Then she hung up on me. Bitch.

Had 2 calls in 2 days I'm house sitting . both at tea time . Both very inconvenient - got the 'tax benefits' words out, 'for home owner' blah blah . But they just sounded odd- Male one day female the other. In the end I asked todays caller, 'sorry, who are you with again - who replied 'PREMIUM SERVICES' .. me 'could you please put us on the do not call register. Thanks' - her Yes no worries. They sound dodgy to me -

Hi, they put me into property 6 years ago, into negative gearing.
In the last 6 years, there has not been one point where it has been a disaster.
So if what you're implying is actually true, then why has it not happened to me?

Would like to know thanks.

Premium Group based in Qld .. but has an office in WA ?? ... not trying to sell anything. only want to find out if ''we qualify'' for their wonderful service ... wow we're so lucky ... we have a job, equity in our home , and under 60 years old .. YAY !!! we qualify. ... for what ?? same bullsh*t sales pitch as for time share. OK we'll play your silly game. Sales guy turns up on mother's day. My wife prefers to enjoy a day with her mum and our daughter. .. so sales guy says ''Government regulations state I must talk to you and wife at the same time'' I said to him '' that is bullsh*t mate, I have an ASIC licence and what you said is total crap'' he said '' my boss won't let me talk unless it is to a couple.'' .... and he left

Just got a call at 7.30pm from 'the Premium group' from Nathan. Says he can save me in tax benefits and it is an initiative from the government to help people become self funded retirees.
He was going through my personal details stating my old address from over 6 years ago. HMMMM!! then I googled to see that this was as scam and I let him know what I just read. He said to get onto the government scam site...so I did and reported them. He was right they are not listed but I didnt find anyone listed just the types of scams listed.

Just had a young sort identifying herself as from "the premium Group" rang. I asked her what was the Premium group, and she said it was on behalf of the government, wanting to help those stay at home people running small businesses aged under 60 with their tax. I told her that I didn't believe her, and asked her to stop annoying me. My number is UNLISTED, and on the DO NOT CALL register.

Called me once yesterday 2/3/15 and once today 3/3/15 offering a rebate from the Government as a tax break on my mortgage. When I laughed and told them I worked for the Government Dept they said would provide the rebate, they hung up. Total scam.

I got a call today from a foreigner sounded Indian I think. he told me that he was from the Banker's Association. I immediately reacted by saying to him, what is it that you are selling. He said nothing. I repeated my self so he said we just want to know as to who you are banking with and what you think of the service. I said look I am busy and I believe that you want to know more. I am not interested in what ever it is that you are doing. He then hung up on me.
