I have had two calls from this number today and they were saying they were from the cancer council they got very upset when I said that I don't have any money to give them. and they hung up.

nuisance call, waste of my time

I have been getting called around 10 times a day from this number, up to 8pm at night. When I try to ring back nothing happens.

The people are full of crap do not trust them

these sods rang me and the first time i answered they hung up. i called back only to go to a message. now when they ring i just hang up.

Started receiving calls from this number after changed my mobile service provider and a phone number too. Still, 5 months later, getting these bloody calls a few times a day! Going to report Scamwatch.gov.au!!!! today. ENOUGH IS ALWAYS ENOUGH!!!

Have had multiple calls over the last week but I don't answer interstate numbers. Does not surprise me that it is a charity!

until a few days ago I'd never had problems with calls like this. And then I think I made a huge mistake. I registered on an online competition site called CompetitionGuide.com.au. It was the very next day that the calls started. Not just from this number but from several others as well. Means that the online competition company is selling their phone lists to charities etc.

Called for the 5th time asking for the same person. told them for the 5th time that this person doesnt exist and to stop calling me

They have been blowing up my phone for the last 4 days. I work so i don't answer and then they called us then and hung up.

I seen everyone saying it Amnesty which i wouldnt be surprised about since i was bullied into given them money months ago when they had called.

Have had several calls on silent landline and mobile. When answered no body there. Very painful

This number has tried to call me a number of times in the past few days. I usually ignore it as I don't know anyone with that number, and I'm aware of callers who just ask for money and donations. Well my daughter answered it today, and yes it was someone asking for money. Drives me insane! I put myself on the do not call register for a reason, but apparently charitable organisations are exempt! In my opinion that is sooo wrong!

I am also receiving these calls..........The only thing I can think of is I entered an ebay promotion to win $1000

I clicked to enter, I proceeded to fill in a short survey of yes & no answers...........I answered no to almost everything except the question ' Would you donate to the Cancer Foundation' I clicked YES.

I am now being harassed almost daily from which COULD be the Cancer foundation in QLD on my Mobile phone number which I had disclosed on the Survey. I NEVER DISCLOSE MY MOBILE NUMBER - THIS WAS A FIRST

I contacted Ebay as this is a breach of privacy, Ebay proceeded to tell me they DO NOT have $1000 promotion ...........SO GO FIGURE

This number called me 5 times between November 11 and December 12, 2013. No message left. I did not answer or return calls as aware spam scam from this website - thanks for letting us know about these parasites.

Talk about persistent! I have had repeated calls from this number for a few weeks. I looked up the number here after the first couple and realised they were a nuisance so have ignored the calls on purpose and they are not giving up! STOP ALREADY! SHISH

They called me three times and all three times were different charities. And usually at the end they sound like they are dying?

As the numbers show on my phone , I then check this website to see what status they are , legit or otherwise , and I am now keep a list of these numbers by my phone , so when they ring , I pick up and put on loudspeaker but don't say anything . They hang up pretty quickly . Has worked nicely so far , giving abit of their own back in their faces

Amnest International, they called last week and I told them I have just been on holidays and have no money to donate, so they call back 3 times in the last 2 days again, never agian will I support this mob.
