Every time this number rings - up to 5 times in 7 days - I answer & the phone/caller hangs up every damned time.
Enough already!

They ring & hang up & now I know it's a scam I have blocked the number

Keep hanging up! They call me on my work number and now my mobile. It says 'overseas' number with the 07 area code they hang up as soon as I say hi. WTF. I also got the 'you've most likely donated to a charity' message when I called them.

This company repeatedly contacts my business mobile 2 or more times a day. As there is presently no measure to record the scale, frequency and disruption, however it would be recommended that Australian Government to introduce a safeguard to protect the interest of it's people , economy by restricting call centres from making unsolicited calls to households, and businesses alike so as not to impact on societal and economic activity; loss of productivity through disruption etc.

This practice is rife, and effects many.

They call me every day and i missed everyone of them then when i finally answered they knew my name even though this phone isn't even under my name and there's no way they could have known

I have received 2 phone calls from this number in the last 2 weeks - each time I have told them I was not interested.

They kept calling me too, I answered the call today and they said they were calling because I showed an interest in the Seeing Eye Dogs, and asked if I wanted to sponsor a puppy for $15 a month, I said yes. If I don't get the information package they said they'll send out within 5 working days I'm canceling my debit card and getting a new one. They also knew my name and address. I'm confused.

I am glad I missed this called x2 - five minutes apart. I always check reverseaustralia before I even attempt to call the number back. Will be blocking this one. Thanks to all for your comments!!!

They have called at least once or twice a week over the last few weeks and everytime i answer they hang up without saying anything... very annoying!!

i believe these calls originated from what i though was a genuine competition with Suncorp Insurance.

Repetitious callers, want all your money. will not accept a one of donation. The first 12 months of a subscription covers the cost of the fundraising. The charities employ fundraisers who are paid either hourly rates or commission.

block the number, that's what i had to do.

Called my workphone, then immediately after my mobile. I answered both, but got no response. Called back, and they claim to be collecting for various charities.

Just got a call from them saying they were from the make a wish foundation. And asked for a one off $120 donation.

i tried the number and it is an overseas dialling tone as it was the same tone as last night when i called my neice

This number calls daily! I have told them I'm not interested and to stop calling but they still call every day! These calls are a nuisance and make me not want to be associated with the charities that use these call centers! They are a disgrace :-(

This number has called 7 times in the last 3 days. Really gettin on my bloody nerves

This number has call me 27 times in the last week...
Have always been at work and if I try to return the call it just rings out.
Very irritating

They began calling 3 days ago and always call around 7pm aedt. Absolutely jack of it - is there anything we can do to block the number? I added to my reject list but it still came through. I want to report them to authorities!
