Who do we actually complain to about these sleeze bags? I'm getting a message every few day from them, always from someone with a mysteriously Asian/American accent. I'm thinking this is an IP phone number and the call centre is overseas. How do I confirm this?

Very persistant ICTI(03) 9910 4400 OR 1300 720 064 about how I ordered more cartriges than I could use in a year.I had ordered 4 Cartridges ended up with 4 of each colour and they said it was only half of the package .What package I didnt order one.Rang them and told that I would ring consumer affairs if I get one more call from them.Hang up on them they are a nusience

Received unsolicited call from someone with an accent which made it extremely difficult to understand what he was saying. I gather he was trying to sell something and was very persistent. I had trouble terminating the call without simply hanging up.

Tried to scam our Co. into purchasing ink for our printer.Started off by saying "your Company uses us to supply your printer ink"Said they were going to send us a ColesMyer Gift Card as a thank you for using their services.

Asked for a street address instead of a postal address.Gave to them.

They said we were due to receive 12 more cartridges - would we like them early? I asked when? They said Mid November.I said that's fine if we were due to receive them already to send early.

Then they said they needed to confirm the printer model.I asked what model details they had - they said an HP 550.We don't have one of those. Then he asked again and said it may use the same ink cartridge as the HP 550. I asked him what cartridge he had listed that we use - he said he couldn't get into the order screen.I said that's fine we don't really need any yet anyway.

He asked for the person who authorises payments, put him through to the Boss who was told this was a new deal - the caller confirmed we do not currently use their services. Boss told them not to call again.

We are also getting phone-spammed on a daily basis by this company. We called them to ask if they could remove our number and they laughed at us. We are now lodging formal complaints and will see if we can get their number blocked. From what I can see on the web this is a very corrupt company.

I get calls at least 4 times a day without fail.

Getting calls from this number on an almost daily basis. Not interested, told them Im not interested, they persist - I may just continue to hang up on them.

This company have called me 3 times in 2 two days asking for information on our printers and cartiridges.

I told them i was too busy and not interested twice already. And the phone call i got today at 1.46pm i told her to take me off the call list to which she replied - no we will not until you provide us with some information - to which i hung up.

ITCI and Better Image Australia were in fact the same company. These guys sometimes address themselves as The Better Image Australia, BIT Group, Better Image Toner and so forth.
Specialised in high pressure selling and tried to trick people entering into agreements of ongoing purchases, typically by offering free gifts, from Myers, JB vouchers to iPhones, iPads etc. A lady even tried using an order confirmation which I signed in 2011 for a one off purchase to get me to believe we have addditional cartridges ordered on account to be dispatched!
God knows what other business names they will come up with, but if any of you happen to get similar sales call then BEWARE!!!

ITCI Pty Ltd pushed sales on unsuspecting staff. Invoices arrived for 4 over priced printer cartridges, over $900 more expensive then regular supplier. Scammers!

These people have constantly called me through out the day even though they were told that we were not interested, the last phone call i asked them why they kept calling and he laugh and said he wouldn't stop calling me until i brought something, there bastards and i have reported them

Have had persistent calls from this ICTI company.
Atleast 3 a week. Claim they have picked the number out of the yellow pages.
Very persistent and annoying.

They called on a private number and claimed we had put it an order today that needed confirmation. This was a lie and I told the foreigner this. The response was nervous stuttering and small talk. My advice is to let them know you're onto them, they deserve it

Asked for managing partner by name, I said he was unavailable so they hang up. I called back the number and they are ICTI.

Didn't answer however they continued to call two times a day 9.30am & 2.30pm for two weeks then it stopped. BUT they are back again

They called my number 1800 and somehow their automated system remained on the call for 4273.34 minutes which cost me $641.20 I have reported them and tried to complain but I haven't had any luck so far.

Calling to speak to person in charge of computer systems. Sounds foreign.
