Does anyone know if the company Swiftcom is also a part of this circle? I had a similar experience with them & interactive printer solutions at the same time without realising :(

I feel sorry for their workers as they probably had no idea going into it , I worked in a similar company to this . I thort it was just my luck to get a good paying job but now I know the bosses hound the workers to keep calling you no matter what these companies are extremely unprofessional

HEED MY WARNING!!!!
Posted on November 10, 2015 Caller type: Scam Location: Australia
The Better Image/IPS(Interactive Printer Solutions)/Mycom/MTI/Laser Pacific/ITCI/CMG/Premium Office are all the same company.
Company owner Michael Pegoli scams customers who already know how dodgy he is by using an alias.
NEVER buy off these people they will do anything they can to scam you out of house & home all to get a few measly dollars for commission. They will call you as soon as payment is made & say that you still have your second allotment to come out even when you didn't place an order and will do this multiple times to make a sale. DONT FALL FOR IT.
When they say that their cartridges are brand new they are lying, they come from a warehouse in China and in most cases are cartridges that have been returned by customers who have claimed printer damage or cartridge fault.
From they way they treat their customers I'd hate to see how they treat staff!
Absolutely disgusting that a company can work this way & I honestly hope everyone else takes my advice before they get conned in like myself.
They are trained to not take no for an answer so if you get a call from somebody claiming to be from one of these companies HANG UP!!

Second day in a row and about the fourth call from "Corporate Office Supplies". This time the American guy said his name was "Antoine" he said that they spoke to my colleagues (I only have one) a few times over the last few weeks and that they said to speak to me in regards to office supplies. I said look, you guys have called about four times asking for Kelly, there has never been a Kelly here. I said I'm not interested, so please stop calling! I guess they are just going to keep calling, well guess what, they are going to get hung up on every time. And next time, I am going to yell or better still I might just bring a whistle into work and blow it into the phone. Wonder if that would stop them!!

Just had another call from "Corporate Office Supplies" this time a female and again asking for Kelly! I said again there is no one here by that name. Then I asked what company she was calling from and I said look I have spoken to someone already and I am not interested, then I hung up. I'm guessing they will just keep calling. And they will get the same response from me!

Just got fleeced by these guys with totally incompatible cartridges. Even when I sent them back they kept sending them. Between the calls from 3 different departments (sales, Customer Service, Accounts) Totally rubbish!

They threaten everyone with legal action because they know it intimidates and you will pay instead. They kept threatening me with VCAT so I said bring it on. They soon back away! They lodged a claim but now don't respond to VCAT orders and they were the applicant. If you stand up to them we can get rid of companies like this.

I too have been sucked in by the alleged contracts! They use intimidation and harassing calls and I am next going to fair trading, this company will not take no for answer and just threaten you. Do not use this company, their prices are not cheap and yes the cartridges do affect the longevity of your printer.

these people have been constantly calling and saying I still have 6 more print cartriges to go, they have said that the last 3 times they called, I now have about 40 print cartridges, I have told them that if they dont stop I will pack the lot up and send them back and they can refund me, they say I cant do that and still try to make me take more, I did notice on the bottom of their last invoice that "No returns accepted without a Return Authorisation Number" wish I had never heard of them

I've been sucked in by these idiots, and when I tried to send the cartridges back they kept returning them, and sending me invoices and phoning up constantly. I told them I was unable to pay for them and didn't want them, they sucked me in again by telling me I could pay them off so I thought ok i'll do that, well they sent the invoice a day later and once again the phone calls started. They have been threatening me with legal action, I've made a payment and they phone me on an almost daily basis in conjunction with email threats. I've now told them to bring it, sick of the stand over tatics they are very unprofessional
