Corporate Office Supplies is a total SCAM. Extremely persistent and dishonest in their telephone marketing and the products they supply are rubbish. If you hear the words "Corporate Office Supplies" HANG UP IMMEDIATELY.

I have just arranged for one of my branches, that works one day a week, to return unsolicited cartridges (20) with an invoice value of $1000. Also turns out the cartridges can be sourced for around $20@ elsewhere. I was told, when contacted by my staff about the return, the rep was very forceful and not at all helpful. I will NOT be paying the invoice and advised all my branches to cease contact with this company. I have since been told that the printer is no longer working (clogged jets).
This will be interesting - A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

To all who read these messages.
Companies that deal in printer cartridges are not all like this. This guy is a total scammer who lives his life that way.
My company is honest and open and has dealt under the same name since 1999, but our image is getting hurt by these ripoff merchants.
We may not be cheaper than him, but we guarantee our products and offer free delivery Australia wide using an Australian supplier with no cheap Chines rubbish. Unlike him and most scammers, our prices are displayed on our site and we don't call you, we wait for you to call us to reorder.
Regards,
Ian, captain Cartridge

I am embarrassed to admit I used "Mycom" to purchase ink and toner for my business. I just wish I had done a google search first! The first order was great, the salesperson was very helpful and the ink worked fine and was cheaper than purchasing from a local store.

By the third order, the products were completely faulty, broke my printer, and the "free promotional goods" never arrived. I tried to contact the company many times to resolve the issue and they refused to replace the faulty cartridges, which is required by law under the fair trading act.

Eventually I contacted the company via email and received a very rude email from "Peter Anderson" who it turns out is Michael Pegoli. He stated I was a "greedy and selfish" customer for demanding that I receive promotional goods and claims that MyCom has been trading for only 18 months after purchasing the company off a previous owner.

MyCom will change their name again soon as people are made aware that this is the same scumbag that has been ripping people off for years under various company names.

For heaven's sake, no matter what kind of deal they offer - DON'T DO IT. HANG UP THE PHONE. Save their number under "Scam Artist" so you remember not to answer when they continue to call.

Caller: I dont remember now

What I want to know is how do I get in contact with Corporate Office Supplies PO Box 846 Endeavour Hills VIC 3802 that used to have phone number (03) 8566 8791 as I bought Brother Toners and Drums + HP Ink Cartridges (H-61XLC & H-61XL for a HP 2050 Printer) from them 12 Oct 2016 on Inv 20452. They told me they guaranteed their cartridges have a 4 year shelf life. Its 2.5 years and I opened them new from the box last night and the Colour is totally dry and the Black is just sketchy on the page..

They often call our business in Perth and try to trick our office staff into accepting delivery of toners as they were 'back ordered'. They call all the time and get told NO. Sometimes they get told "just email us if you want, we're not ordering anything now" then they send through a "Order Confirmation" email. Disgusting practice

Several phone call and also a few emails , whoever he is the person who calls is extremely rude. Tried to increase the order and offered a voucher if we agreed to take double order, now blocked not someone we would want to do business with at all.

Tried to call today, told us we had 4 printer carts ready for dispatch for the printer. But we no longer use that printer. Long story short, only one person orders stationary in the office and we had already received the goods. Their tactic is to confuse people people.

Interesting reviews 13th of October on corporate office supplies keyboard warriors you should do a bit more homework in a recent VCAT hearing corporate office supplies was founded to have acted illegally the company accountant and shareholder Cody Ashford told the hearing he has an alias I do however agree with your comments no means no and you reap what you sow if you have been tricked bullied harassed by a telemarketer I suggest you go to the ACCC website and check out Australian consumer law if you have not received a sale agreement and signed it you are within your rights to terminate the verbal agreement you have 6 years In which to act have a look at the website ACL is there to protect the consumer it's up to the consumer to stand up don't let telemarketers get away with not following the rules

I have purchased cartridges from Corporate Office Supplies and find them nothing but professional to deal with. If you treat people with respect, that is what you receive back. The product was a good product at a competitive price. No one has ever tried to sell me something that I didn't agree to. People, you reap what you sow, so maybe check your own attitudes. I would recommend them to people that I know. Pleasant and quick service was what I received. Nothing was too much trouble. Good on you for standing strong in the face of all these haters. After all NO means NO, what is so hard about that.
