Claimed I had dealt with him in the past ordering toner cartridges for my printer. He had got my name from a community directory as Branch Secretary/Contact of a community group that folded years ago..... Very persuasive

BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!
these idiots now call themselves Interactive Printer Solutions Pty Ltd, previously known as The Better Image.
Do not listen to the crap they have to say about free gifts or reward points because they will talk you into buying more crap toners and cartridges that are over priced and ruin your printer.
Unfortunately I learnt the hard way so I wanted to warn others with this message.
Cheers:)

I put their number in my phone, so when they call I know who it is, and then the game starts. There was a company a couple of years ago offering cheap phone bills and office equipment, but actually the office equipment was hire-purchase at ridiculous rates and a scam anyway. Look out for TSA, a so-called wholesaler for Telstra, just a scam

Feel rotten that I have been scammed by them over 2 years. Haven't spent a terribly large amount, but am very annoyed. Sounds like what everyone else says - they tell you that you or someone else in the company agreed to buy X amount of toners 6 months ago. After I finally cottoned on, I told them to never ever call me again, and surprisingly, they haven't called.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THE QUALITY OF THE CARTRIDGES ARE TERRIBLE AND THEY ARE LIARS.

We get regular calls from these people, often twice or more in one day. I feel sorry for the staff who are involved in this scam and I've asked them to never call us again - but they do.

Also getting regular calls, claiming to have a contract and wanting to deliver several ink cartridges to complete the contract - price is not competitive and when I asked for proof of contract they said they would forward a voice recording, but of course did not. We have asked continually to stop calling but they persist. They need to be shutdown.

Consumer Affairs have been useless in stopping these cowboys. I haven't been. Just take them to VCAT like i did, they have made so many errors in their sales methods, contracts and invoices you should not loose. This is the order from VCAT for my claim and i am sure your circumstances will be very similar. Good Luck

Sales pests, trying to force you into buying overpriced cartridges, called me 5 times this morning alone, not to mention every single week. I kept hanging up. Some American sounding woman who tries to act all friendly, saying "How Ya'll Doin" instantly I know its her and I hang up.

These guys having been calling multiple times a day, months on end.

On multiple occasions, I have told them to stop calling, bu the persist.

In the end I told them I'd call the police if the continue to call me and charge them with harrassment. Also informed them the phone call was being recorded, which they did not like at all!

These scammers also go under the name ITCI Print Solutions, Consumer Management Group, Elite Imaging, Laser Pacific, Premium Office Supplies, Premium Office Express, and Mycom Australia

Most of the staff uses aliases

Run by Leo Pergoli

Just to expand on how the scam works.

The Salesman tells you about the fake deal that you will save if you buy in bulk, and then transfers to you another party to confirm the details of the order. They record the details of the order part and if you question anything you go back to the salesman not recorded. He will tell you it’s part of a deal previously agreed to until you are convinced it is. Then back to the recorded order part again. The invoices have an amount 50% of the total with a tiny x 2 next to it and are normally double what you have previously paid. You are offer offered electrical goods in exchange to agreeing to a bulk order which is at a minimum double the actual value. The same cartridges can be purchased for 30% of their cost if you shop around. They creep the price over 100% from your first order in exchange for LCD TV etc. This company has been implicated in numerous frauds associated with government departments ordering and paying up to 4 times the amount product is worth and similar over ordering.

If you have had and dealing with these companies you have probably been fleeced. Consumer Affairs would like to hear from you as they are tired of being made look impotent for being unable to shut these scammers down for good.

ICIT Also trade as Mycom, constantly call have called 5 times today 6 times yesterday have several numbers I am totally over them and the cartridges are faulty and you have to fight to get a refund for months on end. Try to tell you you are on a contract which is utter bullsh*t. They tell you you have asked them to call for re orders even though you reply you have stock to last you two years. Just a proverbiale pain in the arse and are stealing our valuable business time answering their annoying calls. I have written their number down in diary and just dont answer it any more

We have 4 lines in our business. They call us nearly every day trying to sell us ink. They do not seem to care not matter how many times I say I am not interested. This week alone they have called twice on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Sounds foreign. Its ITCI selling inks but the operator sounds from the states. Saying "I will call back later, you dig me". What the heck does that mean?

I spoke with the GM of the company after having told one of the staff that we would be proceeding with police investigations into fraudulent activity. GM was upset at such action as no doubt it would put them into a very bad place. Just mention the word fraud and that their info would be passed to police. This should make them leave u alone
