Same scam phone call saying I had a $50 voucher and it was about to expire. I'm on do not call register and don't do surveys. I'll make a complaint about this company to Scamwatch. Can't believe all these other people buy wine over the phone without any research, just believing what the scammer says.

So happy these guys called me back after I'd ordered a few months ago. Couldn't remember the name to re order. Sales people were lovely and the wine is top notch. Glad I didn't believe these nasty comments on here, id have missed out. Now I have a whole bunch of family/friends buying from them too! I guess a lot of people think they are wine experts on here, but they're not. These guys are and after I told them the qualities I like in a red they found the best one for me. Have tried a different one this time to mix things up and I love it too.

This is oak road estate. I've used service many times and I love ordering my wine in bulk so I always have some bottles to bring when visiting friends houses.

Great variety in the mixed case !

I bought 2 cases of Shiraz from Oak Road Estate and they were the worst wine I have EVER tasted. Every week James would call me like a puppy dog begging me to buy more wine and I kept him off for months. I said I only drink organic wine and one day he promises an organic wine Cloudy Bay SB and stupid me agreed to another box and it tasted horrible and made me very very sick. Before I purchased the wine, I was promised a full refund if I did not like it . I tasted a bottle with friends and all of us got sick and I called James but he was very arrogant and rude. He talked and talked and when I wanted to talk, he hung up on me. He refused to give me a full refund until I tried 2 bottles but I refused to try a second bottle and get sick again. James gave me a part refund and I never saw the full amount. Please do not deal with these people who are scammers to make money out of false promises and very unhealthy wines that's dangerous to drink. You will get sick, lose money and promises will not be delivered. Best to buy your wines from a local store. Don't trust Oak Road Estate who labels their own wine with cheap wine while claiming they are as good as expensive wines. They don't care about customer service, they only care about themselves and making money selling crap.

Be wary of OAK ROAD ESTATE. The sales consultants use alias names like James and Brad to make you think they have a large call centre.
Do not buy the Private Label Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that they persist in offering at bargain prices. The reason for this is it is actually an SEA blended Chardonnay made with flavours to taste like the same. Do yourself a favour and buy a cheap SEA Chardonnay like Yellow Tail and do a taste test. You can taste the similarity. Wine Australia have been very interested in the sample bottles sent thus far. READ below for other complaints.

"Got pushed into buying a Marlborough Sauv blanc when it arrived the wine tasted horrible
tasted like South Eastern Australia wine and they have wacked there own lablel on it
also was guaranteed it was from cloudy bay no record of it been there what so ever" RYAN

"Also most were not from specific wineries but just generic crap with fictitious labels stuck on the bottles.
I suspect these wines are the unwanted dregs from the bottom of the barrel - tasted worse than cheap bin ends you can buy for a few dollars.
Buyer beware ....price seemed too good to be true and it was!! " CHRISTINA

I must admit I've been sucked in to the odd survey so I'm assuming they have my details from this. I do remember starting one in November but didnt finish when the questions became too intrusive.. Backed out of the survey but obviously it was too late. They have my number. Same as earlier comments.. I asked for Shiraz (maybe) and was offered a $50 voucher then further discount down to $129 then a further discount down to $119... free delivery. All a bit fishy.. Don't need wine at the moment. Going to give it a miss.. hopefully they don't continue to call but my guess is, I'm in for the long haul with "James".. Wish me luck :)

i stumbled across oak road estate through a stupid online survey and picked up a 50 dollar voucher! I got a 2013 Barossa Shiraz for about 9 bucks a bottle and picked up a marlb Sav Blanc for the wife at 6 a bottle. free delivery and my wine arrived in 2 days! Very happy with service of this company but God I wish I had never gone into that survey the calls won't stop!
