I answered then put my phone near my arse and farted. Jeez it was funny. I called back number (03) 9427 4435 spoke to a woman who said company name is TSA Telco Group. Have lodged in a compliant against the number to the do not call website. It is illegal to call anyone whos on the do not call list. So please if anyone has signed up to that website and still getting hasselled by telemarketing calls, please dobb them in. Make a compliant on the do not call site and they will investigate and if possible breaches, the company can get hefty fines for it for each call they have breached and every numbers. Every bit count towards those annoying telemarketing who breaches the law and hopefully this will stop them. I blocked this caller after getting 4 calls at different times, including 10pm. They never spoke, just hung up when I answered. I rang this number and TSA Telco Group are contracted by Telstra to offer services & products. I keep getting calls from this number twice a day - I finally answered and said 'Kim speaking' and he said 'you wish' and hung up....what the heck??? if its a telco I just left Telstra haha the person or persons making these calls are just making a general nuisance of them selves if we need any product from a provider we will do so when the need arises so for the time being just stop these calls

It's a company calling on behalf of Telstra. Was expecting it to be a scam call. They had all of my correct details. They just wanted to see if I wanted to update my plan to a new one, which I couldn't but my partner did and saved a bit of money and got the new iphone. They are a legitimate company. Caller: telemarketing company, possibly through Telstra, my phone company
Usually nothing but call room noise, or I don't answer. I rang Telstra about it and was told I was being removed from their telemarketing list, and therefore there was no need to block the number.
Whoever the number belongs to called during the day. When I answered I could hear muffled sounds and then the person hung up after I said hello again.
If this is a legitimate agency calling on behalf of Telstra as claimed by previous entries in this thread, then Telstra should think twice and select an agency that is profession and which shows common courtesy. How does Telstra expect to promote its products with such poor service standards by those it subcontracts? And how does Telstra monitor the performance of its subcontractor? Very disappointing and shame!
I answered. Caller says: "Is this Renee?" and I said "Who's this?".. they went on to say they are from some company representing Telstra and wanted to make sure I'm getting the best deal from Telstra yada yada..
I said "I'll just deal directly with Telstra if I want to discuss my plan, thanks, have a lovely day byyeeeee" and number blocked.
So over these pathetic calls.

Caller was very rude and unprofessional. Terrible line, could barely hear her and a lot of background noise. She was incredibly rude and argumentative.
Been getting 2 calls a day for past 2 n a half wks still have not answered them This is deeply funny. Thankyou Whet Faarta, you have made my day. They called, I didn't answer, and let call go through to message bank.
No message was left, so I have now blocked number.

Have lodged a complaint with the Do Not Call Register as I am sick of being harassed by companies calling to offer their products and services, this one on behalf of Telstra & I have recently cancelled my Telstra Internet. Leave us alone.

Telstra appear to outsource their harassment activity to TSA. Give Telstra the flick, and that will put an end to these harassing calls! Pretty bad boys and girls at the Telstra marketing station! Alternatively, if you have shareholder power, just sack the CEO. On this count alone, I will be voting against his re-appointment. They are now just a retailer. The core service is provided by NBN. So if you get harassment, from the now un-empowered retailer Telstra, just change service provider. I will add a new post in anti-position of Telstra, for each call I get. The, F!@#, B123, told me that they would move me off their TSA harassment list - but I got another call from their outsourced TSA scourges. So Telstra, you just get another bad post! Next one corresponds exactly with your next call from your appointed 3rd party aggressor, TSA.
