Not a scam - its Telstra NBN department. Case manager for your booking until start to finish so you dont have to deal with multiple people

I asked them to verify my order number so I can ensure they are who they say they are and all information was correct.

As mention in another comment below (was an indian - so dont think its just a scam)

Caller: Claims to be from Telstra

Claims to be calling to confirm my NBN installation appointment. I cancelled the NBN installation weeks ago, and told them I didn't want it. I confirmed it had been cancelled in a Telstra shop. They looked it up online, and confirmed it was cancelled.
I have been called twice since then "to confirm my appointment" and when I say I'm not having it connected, they ask for my DOB. Always men with an Indian accent. SCAM

Caller: Telstra NBN Connections

NOT a scam. We had changed to a different Telstra NBN service and I had not yet connected new modem to UNI-D 2 port. Caller could tell that I was not yet using the new service so called to check if I needed connection help. I have also called the normal Telstra phone number and have been transferred to the same department. Both times the person had an Indian accent.

Telstra calling to confirm if the recently connected NBN service has been installed and advising that a survey would be issued shortly.

Called to correct a problem with my NBN. Coincidently it was installed last week and is working fine. I said so and hung up. I later saw an SMS from 0428 112 094 advising that I would receive a call from Telstra. I received a later sms after I hung up, giving me a link and 1800 number to call. The link seemed to go to Telstra, but had an error. I'm not sure if it is legitimat

Caller: claims to be from Telstra

I had five phone calls today on my mobile via another mobile number, advising me that my NBN and home phone will be disconnected within 24 hours. The NBN is in my fathers name not mine. I rang Telstra and they told me that they have no idea about any disconnection and that Telstra never ring their customers but send emails or SMS. Just received another call on this number on my husbands mobile saying they are from Telstra. Total scam.

Caller: Scammers Pretending to Be Telstra

Heavily accented person talking some rubbish about Telstra NBN, but Telstra would never contact you about that. I live in an apartment that has an imbedded network, so no NBN connection is possible. (Building already has a private fiber connection) wanted to know my address (They should know, as I pointed out) then my date of birth. Became agitated when I said they were scammers, hung up when I laughed at them.

I can confirm this number is Telstra. I had a call-back booked regarding our Telstra/NBN upgrade from FTTN to FTTP. Our Case Manager, Christina, called from this number, at the scheduled time, to my mobile and home phones. Unfortunately, I both calls but she did leave messages on both phones. Hence, why I know this number is legitimately Telstra.

Caller: Telstra NBN connection

Absolutely wasn't a scam call. It's 4:55 pm, i just had a call from this number (i didn't answer). Just this morning i had organized for my telstra connection to move from my current address to our new home which we move into next week. Whilst writing this, a confirmation text from the guy who rang me and left message as well as an email to my registered email address with telstra to confirm the NBN connection at our new premises. I deal with scam emails and calls daily - i screen all my calls that i don't recognize the number to my business, this one was fine. not a scam number in my opinion.
