I had three calls in three weeks from National Hearing Care trying to book an appointment for me that I didn't want. Each time I told them I did not want to make an appointment and wasn't interested, and by the 3rd phone call I had a really rude woman tell me she booked me an appointment and was sending out the letter regardless of the fact I wasn't interested. I feel quite angry about this, and will be making sure they hear about it.

Already told this company NOT to call me again, as the FREE hearing test I had with them was in an office which allowed outside noise to be heard durin my hearing test!!!!

They rang me at 10:30pm.. I told them they woke me up and they then said "it will only take 5 minutes of your sleeping time! What the serious f*ck!!! Go away!

Because d**hhead, if we put our number on the DNC register then we also won't receive calls from other companies whose calls we DO want to receive. Don't you get it, idiot, we only don't want to receive calls from (03) 9264 9000 !!!

Love it. I'm deaf and they use telephone to try and sell hearing aids??? Has anyone at the top of their chain ever thought that their market needs a better marketing approach than TELEPHONE? Hello? Deaf cannot hear telephone and if they do answer the phone and they have to figure out what they are saying, you're going to tick them off. Or to put it another way... if they can hear the phone they don't neef your hearing aids.

I have been harassed several times by calls from this number after telling them i do not wish to be called.
Their marketing strategy is deeply flawed if they think they will make a sale out of it.
Note to National Hearing Care - My telephone is my private property - not your marketing channel.

jane doe and john lol, I am on DNC register, as well as this we have requested NHS to remove our number and name from their database as at the present time we are not in need of their services, but six months later and we are still receiving calls from them. Next step the telecommunications ombudsman and then if necessary legal action against NHC to stop their calls. I do understand that they are one of the legitimate companies, but if you are requested nicely to remove someone's number because you are not interested, then under current legislation they have a legal obligation to remove that number immediately.

I have had three calls from this number this afternoon 12:11 PM 12:30 PM 2:50 PM all different people. I have told two of the people to take me of their lists and they still call. What must a person do to get the message through that you don't want spam calls interrupting you when you work. We are sick of it.

It is time that these scammers, legit or not were dealt with. I purchased a telephone for my convenience not theirs. Is there a government or group out there that can stop the harassment by these companies that cant sell through their own reputation. I would waste hours a week going to the phone just to see if it is family or friends. Telstra and the other telcos must be making a fortune as if you answer its a call, if you dont and ring back its 2 calls if its family and you leave it go to message bank its 3 calls.
