Said they were from Telstra resellers and would give me 30% discount off my next bill. Asked if I paid monthly or quarterly and I said my secretary paid my bills and they hung up.

This number has called me twice this afternoon so far, and they just hang up after I've answered. Very annoying. Love this site though to work out it is a scam number.

Today I used a referee's whistle, after receiving seven calls from this number yesterday! They haven't called back. I hope they don't because I am sick of their nonsense.

Yesterday phoned claiming they were from Telstra which I knew was lies, then terminated the call and reported to Telstra. Later in the day I again get another call this time from a woman offering me discounts off my phone. When pressed finally admitted not from Telstra but claimed to be from Smart Phones. Smart Phone is a Philippines phone provider and it now looks like the calls which we all thought were coming from India are in fact coming from the Philippines. I am convinced that the calls are actually coming from an internet phone. To try and stop the calls I have been getting from this and other numbers I have had overseas calls blocked, reported to scam watch every time(but not this time) and I am on the do not call register. Scam watch are an absolutely hopeless mob. I just don't understand why someone just can't block this phone number from calls and knock off their computer. Problem solved.

Had eight calls from this number this week, all either missed calls or hang-ups.
Finally had an Indian woman actually talk to me, said she was a telstra reseller.
Asked for their ABN, was told that she was not allowed to provide this.
Pointed out the legal obligation to provide it when asked and she hung up.

The call I got was to offer me a discount on my phone bill and I was asked how much my last bill was. I asked her who it was calling as I didn't catch what she had said and she said some name. I knew it was a scam anyway, but I then told her in not a very nice way that if she thinks I am giving her any of my details, she is dreaming, and hung up. I had a call from this number earlier when I was out and have had a few in recent weeks.

Called and said they are selling solar. When told on a "DO NOT CALL" register, hung up.

Just been called but didn't answer as I didn't know the number. Must be computer generated dialling.

Been called twice this evening, and they've hung up after I've answered, possibly because I haven't given my name when answering. Where do I go to report this?

This number rang twice today and each time neither my wife or I got to the phone in time to answer it. Thanks to this site I now know what the call was about so next time it rings I'll just ignore it and hope they go away.

Said from Telstra and wanted me to start the run command on my computer as my computer was sending out spam !!!!!! Hang up on them

Scam caller pretending to be from Telstra. Will be an indian guy. Claimed there was an error with my connection and asked if i was in front a computer. When i said he was from optus and that he was being reported for running a scam he hung up. I kept calling him back and he answered again screaming at me to stop calling him back. Easily rattled this fella.

Have had 7 calls from this number in the last few days. When I pick up, there is a short silence then they hang up.

Calls work phone a couple of times a day. Hangs up immediately.
