So you all think you have it hard receiving calls from us to help people who really have it hard ..you try not being able to see or walk or have to look after a disabled person all the time ...then you have an excuse to complain about too many ph calls ...boo hoo you poor things ...not

This is a Federal Matter and I am going to press charges for harrassment, like those before me. It is an invasion of privacy. This will go further, to the highest court in Australia. Look out Asha, you could be out of a job really soon.

These calls are driving me crazy. I find them invasive and absolutely reprehensible. I have rung the number to block the calls, and still get them. If they do not stop soon, sometimes I get 5 a day, I will be going to the Ombudsman. They are an assault on one's psyche. The message from Asha at Smart Health Australia is an affront - it is condescending and a con. This should be brought into Federal Parliament as a form of harrassment. Disgusting.

I registered on the "do not call" service 2 months ago. Despite them advising that it could take 3-4 weeks to take effect, I still get calls - ie the phone rings 5 times and is then hung up - from parasites like this mob! What the $%^& is the point of the "Do not call" register?

took the above advice, contacted Smart Health
Australia and asked for my number to be removed. The person i spoke to was very obliging and stated that my number would be removed immediately.
Now i wait to see if this actually happens

I'm pestered similarly with this number, and my call to (03) 8554 6100 (the number mentioned in the 'Ash' message on this page) reveals that calls I've received from other numbers also originate from this call centre (purported to be on behalf of a charity or charities). I'm assured my home and mobile numbers will be deleted from their records within 48 hours (????). I can only hope.

I keep getting calls from phone number (03) 8803 7699. No one answers and when I call back it's always busy, scammers.!!!

Me too, I just range them on the (03) 8554 6100 and asked to be removed. They keep ringing and not leaving a verbal message just static! Fingers crossed it works

Totally fed up with these guys calling. They never stop and call at ridiculous times of the day. Won't take no for an answer sick to death of them !!!!!

im about to file harassment charges ... 8 months you buggers have been ringing, several times a day, every single day all different times day and night. its beyond a joke. its about time charity mobs adhere to the do not call register.

I rang the number given by Asha above to stop calls. Friendly girl on the other end says my number will be deleted off their system immediately. Surprise Surprise still getting calls from these people.

We've been getting hang up calls about 6 times a day. So I decided to let the phone ring out and then dial *10# and this number came up! They will cop a mouthful from me when I dial them back!

I am getting calls from (03) 8803 7699 about 3 - 4 times daily. I just rang ((03) 8554 6100) and a lady assures me I have now been removed. We will see....

Stop it had enough

I received a call from them today! Caught off guard! It was at 6.55am this morning the call!!!!! I thought it was my alarm I was NOT impressed! I had several missed calls from them throughout the last month, but I just didn't look this morning considering it was so damn early!

My business mobile is on the do not call register, yet these people call me at least 5 times a week. I now recognise the number and don't answer.

It would be good if they actually followed the wishes of people on the do not call register. Charities are starting to get a bad name via the use of this practice.
