8 calls from them yesterday and so far 2 today. Extremely persistent!! I was aware of the scam and hence have not answered their calls. I have blocked their number. Damn annoying, they are.

rang my mobile with a scam about insurance form a claim in the last 18 months. could barely understand the woman on the phone. asked a few details about who they were and in the end I told her to piss off. Got a call this morning from another number with the same scam too. it was (07) 5405 9553. bunch of a**holes.

Got a call from this number and once I answered, they hung up. Checked here to see what the go was. Seems I missed out on the scam. I've blocked them anyway.

Just had call from a guy with an English accent who new my full name. He asked me if I recall having a motor vehicle accident in the last 10 months at Seven Hills (btw, a nearby suburb). I said NO. He repeatedly asked me if I recall the accident, I kept saying NO. I asked him where is he from. He said ECL and that they represent insurance companies such as NRMA. I ask him what was the date of the accident and which street. He said that it's confidential. I said that it can't be confidential if I'm supposibly involved. He hung up.

So recieved a call and new it was a scam right away, played along and then Bam HIT THEM in the face. No idea they receive this information but they have are amatuers in scamming.

Constant scam calls from this lot, about one per fortnight. Am on the do not call register , doesn't make any difference to these mob. Just hang up, they're really bad actors.

This number has been ringing my mobile number for a while now and finally answered one today. Asked if I had reported a motor vehicle accident. I said I had no idea what he was talking about and that it was obviously a scam and to rack off! Hopefully they'll cross me off the list.

They are still at it, eang me about a non existent car accident claim....why cant the ACCC do anything they have the number ?

Insurance scam. I have been called by these people before, and my wife having actually been in an accident recently, was thinking it was the other party's insurer. It wasn't long before something smelled fishy. When I questioned the caller regarding the need for my personal details, I hang up. I checked Reverse Australia.......I knew it! Another bloody scam. I seem to get a lot of scam calls. I blocked the number. They called again today. I laughed and hung up. From now on every bogus call i get will go on the RA site.

Had someone call today fr0m e sureabout me having an accident in the last 10 months. Lady with an English accent told me they were ready to process 3rd party claim. I informed her nobody was injured and a claim had not been put in so there must be a system error or someone is telling furies. She hung up.

Rang on my mobile. She only had to say I'm calling in relation to an motor vehicle accident' (English accent). So I told her she should hang up now as I was reporting the call. I have blocked this number.

Received a call from this number yesterday and ignored it as I don't usually answer numbers that i don't know.. when I looked it up on here I thought I would play along if i got a call from this number again. Well just received the call again and knew who it was when i heard the english accent. Just told him i didn't own a car.. he soon hung up on me. NUMBER HAS BEEN BLOCKED!

Said that somebody here had been in an accident, I asked what hospital and they laughed!
