Hi JulieAnne - got the same today! I asked them to speak to MY lawyers and they hung up!

'Michael Liz' claimed to represent ACH Lawyers 'accident investigation department'. He phoned me today. The Queens Birthday. A public holiday. What lawyer works on a public holiday. I can't get my lawyer to work even on a normal Saturday.
What lawyers ever uses the phone? Mine writes letters and charges me heaps for each.

I am a Process Server. If I could find Mr Liz I would wallop a claim on him.

These people just keep calling. Is there someone we can report them to? I can't get them to stop calling.

Scam firm looking to see if you have had an accident - just shout at them and they hang up

Rang and said his name was Michael and he was just asking about the accident I had 12 months ago.
As I have never had an accident I asked where did he get this information from. His answer was ACH Lawyers I asked if he could give me their phone number and he hung up

two calls from them today, hung up when I explained I was a lawyer. What is the scam though?

they have been harassing me for ages. they have changed phone numbers 3 times... they used to be a private number. Definitely a scam.

Just received one of these calls today. They claim to be ACH lawyers and there is a firm called ACH but they are not a law firm. Rang number - not available.

I get on average about 60 calls from this number to our business a week. They normally hang up straight away. Its so annoying and I wish I could block their calls.

Just had same pesty caller, 1st time I have ever answered, silly me!!!! Making out they were in Perth calling, could see it was an eastern state number, asked about accident that was reported from my number. What a load of crap, my number is silent and have never used it this number for making claims etc. My mobile number yes but also no accidents. I challenged him about names, plate numbers, he couldn't provide them, he refused to say his name, so I told him hang up mate, Ill ring you back when I have spoken to my policeman husband. The phone went dead. Geez talk about gullible arseholes

Indian Scammers

We just had a phone call from Aleena stating that someone in our household was in an accident with a rear end collision. Glad this page exists, thanks for the heads up. We were dubious when she couldn't give us a name of any of the drivers residing this house.

Pests! So annoying have rung my business and now my home number which is a silent number.
I replied to her saying hello , hello is anyone there she kept on talking so I just made out I could not hear her and I just hung up !
I'm too busy to put up with this crap !

Scumbag with Pakistani or Indian accent just called from this number.. said he was from " From Accident Investigation".. I told him to F..k Off with a few other compliments of the day...

They rang at 4:09pm, but because I get so many of these calls, I didn't pick up. I then checked the number and found out it had received loads of complaints. No message left.

They've called the house phone two days in a row claiming that my mother was in a car accident - which is somehow coincidental as she was two weeks ago and she claims they said "have you been in a car accident within the past two weeks?" and seem to know all this information about my mother.

Hang up nuisance callers Why aren't these callers de registered?

I knew from the number that it was one of the Microsoft, Accident or the Solar Rebate Scam. When I asked which Australian company they were calling on behalf of they said ACH Lawyers in Adelaide Terrace, Perth. I said thank you for the information and that I would call the ombusman and report them for ignoring the Do Not Call Register. And............its no surprise that I can't find ACH Lawyers in Perth! Totally bogus as expected!

Same as everyone else, Indian/Pakistani sounding male asked if I reported an accident, when I said no, he just said OK and hung up, no push, no sense, but definitely this number.
If the number keeps coming up, shouldn't it be traceable by any scam alert government department?
