Received a text saying I had purchased a Canon camera and to call them if this was disputed. Pretty obvious scam.

Received txt from 0402 191 571 informing me I had made an expensive purchase from Amazon. Asked to call this number to dispute the purchase. SCAM. Block both numbers.

I received a text saying I purchased a Canon camera for $2K+ and to ring (08) 7200 7080 if I wished to dispute it.

Scam text message as follows:

Confirmed: Payment A$2299.99 for MacBook Pro (33cm) M1 successful, AMAZ0N#604157428RT5. Call us on (08) 7200 7080 for dispute.

Received a text saying the following

Dear Customer Amt. A$2299.99 for MacBook Pro (33cm) M1 successful, AMAZ0N#199157428TS4. Call us on (08) 7200 7080 for dispute.

Got a message claiming to be from amazon saying I’ve been charged $2199 for canon camera. Obviously a scam like every other warning here. Here’s a copy paste of the message :

Received unsolicited text stating.

I received the same message indicating call (08) 7200 7080 to dispute. It makes you wonder where they get the ph numbers from and which unscrupulous companies are selling our details
