"Geoffrey" called to speak to the business owner. He then yelled at me and hung up because I said he wasn't available. Mate, please.

Claimed to be Derek ringing from my service provider to offer cheaper line rental. Tried arguing with me when I explained I didn't have a landline and couldn't provide me with any details of out account. Took a stab at my initials and hung up when I called him out on being a bogus call.

Keep calling everyday. Will only speak with the business owner. Very poor line - thinking it is an overseas caller, routing via this number to look like an Aussie place of business.
Would not provide a registered Australian business name when prompted. Gave the name "Corporate House Australia". Had been unable to locate this business anywhere in the "08" prefix the number calls from, or a business with that actual name.

A solution to use is to just tell them you will just bring the manager to the phone, but make sure to asure them he won't be long, and thanks for patience.
Leave them on hold for as long as possible, basically. If I am next to the phone I make sure to remind them that he is coming very shortly, thanks 4 patience ,,, & so on and so on when you think they must be about to hang up.
The whole idea of this is to hit them in the time they are wasting.
As I am next to the phone, I can still carry on working, so not a problem.
If a client coincidentally try & call at the same time, I usually hear a little beep, or I can get their number on "unanswered calls" list.
If everybody did this it would sink their industry.
Once apon a time I use to be abusive or just hang up, but that's no good because they just go to the next victim.

This number called me today very rude and aggressive. kept asking for business owner would not explain why or what regarding. yelled at me for not needing his details as it shouldn't matter who they are. I told him n one was available he hung up! worst telemarketing call I have ever had!

Had a call from Kevin who said he comes from South Australia. Called back 6 times after I hung up on him. Very rude, very aggressive.

These people are the worst of all telemarketers - Rude, abusive, used vulgar and lewd language and were so persistent that I received over 20 calls today, all from a number of different callers, both male and female. It is impossible to run a business with these
constant and disturbing interruptions. Something has to be done to rid us of these parasites.

Changed our service back to Telstra after only 2 months of hell with zoom. They intercepted the changeover and somehow reversed it saying they had a voice recording saying we wanted to stay with them??? I said ''who's voice?" play it for me! Of course no-one can provide the recorded voice and they become aggressive and nasty when asked. Have received approximately 20-30 calls from this (08) number from zoom telecommunications since threatening myself and my husband- (who was in hospital at the time). After telling them to never contact me again back in February have received nuisance calls from this company weekly. Caller was abusive and threatening saying we don't know what we are doing changing our provider and that we are 'f' ing stupid. I told them I was calling the police and that I would be reporting them to the telecommunications ombudsman which I have done today. This company should be fully investigated and fined for inappropriate and threatening behaviour. Don't EVER go with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number is an absolute pest. Block this number as soon as you see it. Trying to get you to swap phones lines over to them.

"Harry" has rung numerous times. Everytime I have politely said that I'm not interested and to take me of th call list. Yesterday his reply was to me to "f"ck off". Lucky his not nearby cos I'd more than happy rip his head off and sh*t down his throat!!

After politely telling "Harry" that we are not interested in his super duper phone line deal and if he could kindly take us off his call list he then proceeded to tell me to "Shut Up" multiple times. This number calls numerous times a week. As someone who works in the service industry, pretty sure that you have destroyed any chance of us signing up with you. A simple "Okay, I will try my best to do that for you" was all that was needed. Rude and a complete waste of time.

when they ask: can i speak to the owner/manager i say "there are 239 people working here and unless you can give me a name i cant put you through". there is only one person working here, me a sole trader.

Receive numerous calls a day from this number hangs up as you answer. I recognise the number now so ignore altogether

Just got off the phone to him and I said i wasn't interested, His response was who are you ? I asked who are you. Stop calling and take me off your calling list. He told me i wasn't a nice person and to go to hell.

These people wonder why your rude to them after you get spoken to like that !!

I received a call from Zoom Telecom telling me to change my service from Telstra to them and that I was paying too much. They told me Telstra was not interested in me and the person got quite angry so I told him I was ending the call as I did not want to discuss this matter any further. So frustrating. Why are these companies allowed to call and harass us.

Albert he asked how i was and i said very good thank you albert and then he said he is wanting to speak to the owner of the business...i said yes one moment please and then hung up

I have just got another call from this number and not too sure if I can do anything about this as they have now rung my mobile number
they rang from (08) 7200 4634 saying they can cut my land line calls from high to 35.00 per month
