Claiming to be the ato asking for card details to give me a refund

There really is no reason for them to be rude is there? Yet they are. They call our office at least once a day and always forget to ignore their call

Called up, speaking incredibly fast and very rude, insisting and heavily implying that their company (Novel Telecom, although apparently people also say Xoom Telecom on searching the number) work directly with NBN, leading me to believe that their service was government mandatory and that our phone lines will be disconnected if we don't switch over to their plan.

Incredibly aggressive and will try coerce you into their deal, which I almost did til I started questioning who and what he was representing (which he gave begrudgingly). Hung up on him, and they tried calling back several times throughout the day.

Upside, left a really petty voicemail about how our phone line will be disconnected even though we've already switched over, hahaha.

I had someone call from this number and leave a voicemail of them singing in another language other than English. Really strange

This is an unethical way to garnish new business. They are quite persistent and most annoying. Beware these these desperate tactics for to mislead business owners.

Every day sometimes twice or three times someone rings to offer upgrade to our existing services every day I tell them we are not interested that I am tired of telling them that, then they say this is first time I have spoken to you, but some one in your network did I tell them and I have your number and if I keep getting calls I'll report it

These rude people always making up names (the same guy has called me 3 times and been a different "person" each time) or sometimes its a lady. They ask for business owner and because I won't put them through they hang up and try again soon. Will not tell me what it's regarding.
Telemarketing to extreme harassment levels.

Asked for the owner. When I asked "In regards to what?", the caller hung up.

Was threatened that it is mandatory information about NBN and my company need his assistance.

When I said I was not interested and wanted my company removed from his call list, the caller hung up on me.

They are a scam pretending to work for Telstra and askin our details

The best way to deal with these calls is pretend you cannot hear them.... Just keep on saying hello it frustrates the hell out of them.

I just received a call from this number and said our business had a bad comment on Zomato, and ask me to pay $600 for them and they can manage remove and manage all the negative comment for us. However, she tell all lies. I checked on that website when she talking to and there is nothing like what she said.

call from this number, answered, they hung up. looked the number up on here. found out it was "xoom telecom" googled them called their number 1300 136 954. Asked THEM if I could speak to the owner of the business, indian lady advised me he doesnt live in Australia. Told her to stop calling me to speak to the owner of the business if i cant speak to yhe owner of your business. She got sh*tty, said she would put me on their do not call register. Have blocked all numbers. fingers crossed. my number is on the "do not call register" sick of these pricks

Asked them what telco we are with, he said in an indian accent "I am from Tesltra sir, and your bill will be lower blah curry fukin blah!

After asking for the owner, I told him they were not available and to place us on their do not call list. He asked why what went wrong. I asked if he is refusing to do this. .I asked twice.. I said ok so you are refusing to do that. I ask that you terminate this call. or are you refusing to do that too?

By law they must place you on their list and they must terminate the call at your request. If they don't it just proves how dodgy they are to start with.

This number keeps calling waits for me to introduce myself then hangs up on me?

All i could hear is some goon laughing in the background

I called back number (08) 7200 4634 reached voice mail but did not say from what company.
