I'm getting this too. Sounds like scams if i can't call back. Also getting similar missed calls from 5127 8388. Also showing up as port hedland.

Tried to tell my they were from Telstra and are ringing about my internet connect. Funny thing when I said I don't have internet he didn't know what to say. I hung up.

Another nuisance call! I don't answer our land line any more. All calls divert to my message bank. No message left... they just hand up!
