Supposedly eBay going to debit $299 from my account. Same as everyone else.

Got a call from this number yesterday. I didn't pick up. A recorded message was left saying I owed $299.99 etc., etc. This is a scam. Don't pick up call from this number.

Saying about I was going to be charged $200 for purchase of gift cards. He had my number but since I couldn’t understand him I was in the car, he hung up

Didn't answer the call from a Qu number - they left an automated message stating that $299.99 would be debited from my account and if I had not made such a payment to call them back or press '1' now. Did not call back - obviously a scam

I didn’t answer & had a message left like above comments about me ordering something for $299 & call number press 1 etc! When will they stop this nonsense. Can’t the police close those numbers down??

Just called me - yes pretend EBAY scam to my work number.

Recorded message saying there was an order placed and my account will be debited $299 and to call them back.

Spam. Do not answer. Fake call from apparently from EBAY.

Recorded message saying it was eBay and unless I didn’t query it I would be charged for an item at $297. If I didn’t want the goods it then gives you an option. Says to press #1 to go through to assistance or they would charge me $297 for something I apparently purchased from eBay - pressed 1 and a guy answered with an Indian accent called John and wanted to know who I was and I said “well you should know you called me” as soon as I said that he hung up! Typical scammers!

Synthesised voice Call to mobile from (07) 5641 4098 stated an ebay charge of 299.99 will be made to my account unless a call is made to (03) 5294 0137. - eBay scam, caller wanting you to open an app to make visible account payment information.

As above, ebay are calling to tell me I have been hacked and I need to give them my bank account details to transfer the amount back in.

Voicemail with an automated recording stating "press 1 immediately to speak to a reprensative so they can process a refund of $299.99".

Automated call from Ebay, saying $399 would be withdrawn from my account.

Call saying I had a debit for $299.99 and to call (03) 5294 0137 or press 1 to cancel. After reading previous comments here and not ordering anything for that price looks like a scam.

As above. SCAM CALLER. Recorded message saying that there was a charge of $299.00 from my account. And to call back with bank details to reverse the charge.

Scammers called work number with a recording stating that they were from Ebay and I owe them money. Wrong person to try and scam. I hung up on them and they rang again my work number. Obviously I did not answer. Stupid people thinking they are going to scam me. NOT
