Got text message saying they were auspost and had my delivery. I have copied and pasted the text message I received from them. I checked this tracking and it said it was delivered at 4:37pm today. I was out in my front yard today at the time they claimed to have delivered this package. Nobody turned up with any delivery. This is why I believe this is a scam. They are checking to see who will and won’t be at home. Below is th text that I copied and pasted.

AusPost: Your delivery coming today from PJ https://mypo.st/1XOGbcxdKmQ requires a signature. Pls text one choice only (2 or 3) ASAP
2=Someone will be home
3=Take to Post Office if not home

Said I had a parcel coming from MIT, have no idea who MIT I, DON'T HAVE ANYTHING COMING, I think scam, didn't reply.

Legit. Package was delivered by Star Track.

SCAM - Defiantly a scam have not ordered anything on line.

Valid number - got txt which said Auspost: you have a delivery, select option etc. Genuine & safe

Star Track courier service working with Australia Post. If you don't reply they will attempt to deliver your parcel and if no one is at the address, they will return it to the nearest post office and leave a notification card

Said the same as others, choose type of delivery for parcel today and msg back. Looked sus to me as have never had a text from Aust Post before on parcel deliveries. I ignored it although I do have a parcel coming but am not trusting this. I think scammers maybe hacking into Australia Post delivery system and then wait on answer which tells them whether anyone is home at the property.

Auspost delivery motification, with request to type 1 or 2 or 3 to have parcel left at safe place, or someone will be home, or collect from post office.
I have definitely not ordered anything!
