Yes, I’m a Telstra customer however I have no such agreement in place nor anything payable. Haven’t clicked and don’t intend clicking the link. 1300# is a genuine Telstra # however. Seems sneaky and suspicious :-$

SMS message advising of upcoming call to discuss Telstra fault. We don't have a fault.

Sender states: We have suspended your Telstra email XXXXXXXX because it has been compromised. Visit : tel.st/reactivate for recovery instructions.

Your email account has been suspended because it has been compromised.

And it had been earlier, but not at this moment in time....

Text message advised my email address has been suspended because it has been compromised. Real Telstra advised and assisted in changing relevant details to ensure email not compromised.

I had a a text message saying "We have suspended your Telstra email because it has been compromised. Then told me to reactivate by clicking on a link for recovery instructions" I rang the number and the message just said it could not be connected. My problem is that my email on my phone, ipad and desktop now come up with an Account Error.

Did visit a Telstra shop on the weekend but unsolicited follow up - reading all the other comments maybe Telstra have been hacked??
