I freaked out for a second there as the whole system here did not feel right. I provided feedback telling them that it should be updated.

Writer (Mick) advises this number 132200 is Telstra.and am currently arranging change of address connections to a new address
No other info was asked fore.
Appears to be NORMAL communication.

I also just had the same thing happen except I was told that my account had been credited with $25,000. 🤣🤣

Just got off phone reporting a fault with Telstra. During the call I get a msg $20.000 has been credit to me. Makes me think the scammers are working for Telstra?

Bought a Telstra modem from Telstra. Received a text message from this number with a Startrack tracking number. Tracking number was genuine. Modem delivered. All seems OK.
