Caller: Suspect Scam 0428 112 094

This number sent me msg after I ordered new iphone on Telstra, msg say they need my DOB and reference order number and required me send to DigitalSupport @ team.telstra.com. Looks real but HOW come Telstra doesnt know my order number? And they tried to call me as number (03) 8694 2398 from Melbourne, Victoria. I didnt answer and call 132200 to ask Telstra, Telstra said thats scam call, they dont know anything about this number.

Purporting to be from Telstra message saying that a satchel had been sent for me to return my leased phone within 14 days. I don't have a f...... leased phone. No doubt a scam with a dodgy web address

SMS message on a Sunday: "Hi. Your phone service should now be working. If you are still experiencing an issue call 132203. Thanks, Telstra"

I didn't even know my phone wasn't working (and it is). Either a scam or Telstra messaged me instead of someone else by mistake. I didn't respond.

I received an SMS from this number, claiming to be sent on behalf of Telstra and wrt an order (as it turns out, i had two interactions the previous day re. NBN connections.) Was told to ring 1800 903 277 and was given a quote no. When I called the number, a message in an Aussie voice said it was the TSA group and then it dialled through and the person hung up!
I can't believe the fact that there are so many messages of this type on this website re. Telstra and scams. At the end of the day, they are one in the same. Telstra are crap and that is in large part why I am getting rid of my Telstra internet/Foxtel bundle. When I last had internet issues with them, the only way I could get them to do anything was by going to the Ombudsman, but by then, the problem had been resolved. All they do is box-tick to show that the Ombudsman that they have addressed the problem. So they call and if you don't answer, you can't call them back but have to go through their 13 number and who wants to spend half an hour on the phone? When i didn't return their calls (months after the initial problem), they sent concerned e-mails to make sure that everything was resolved.

Caller: Says it is message from Telstra

That a package I ordered is on its way and to track it. I did not order anything from Telstra at all, but today I got home and found a parcel delivered by StarTrack that feels like a cardboard box inside but doesn't say who sent it. I Tweeted @Telstra shortly after but so far no answer. Not opening the package. Could be contaminated with COVID0-19

always find it curious that Telstra doesn't block these numbers why should consumer have to put up with scams when Telstra could simply turn them off profit maybe ??

I don't have any parcel coming from Telstra, also I recieved an email from them on same day, so this is really f*cking giving me the sh*ts.

I’m not with telstra or never have been. Won’t stop hassling me about it everyday. Very unhappy.

Either scam or legit message:
"Hi and welcome. We have now successfully switched (my number) to Boost Mobile. To recharge, visit boost.com.au/waystorecharge "

Unsure if this is an actual website of Boost, I had a quick look but couldn't find one with the same or similar link. I did recently transfer my number to Boost sooo, still going to treat I as a scam.

text out of nowhere. Since I'm actually waiting on NBN through Telstra, the lack of salutations and Telstra corporate spiel makes me suspect even before I came here!

"An nbn tech is scheduled to visit,[...] if no one is home, call 1800 834 273"

Received a text message which read "Hi from Telstra. We are unable to process your Bundle order due to a credit issue. Please call 13 22 00?to resolve."

Interestingly, the text was sent from mobile number 0428 112 094. This particular number has attracted a lot of negative comments confirming a scam is being run from this number.
Even more interesting is I do not have a "Bundle order" with Telstra
