Delay in response whilst number was connected. Indian accent, John Martin. Advised I was on DNC register and he is breaking the law. He kept talking so I hung up. He rang back again and I said "I told you to stop calling" and hung up again. He rang back and when I said "You are breaking the law" he said "f*ck off" so I blew my sports whistle into the phone. He tried to call back but I ignored it. Charming fellow. Poor representation of Telstra. You'd think someone would want to stop this so that reputations weren't sullied.

pretending to be Telstra - they keep calling even after you have told them to stop calling. Surely Telstra can do something to stop them. they called at 9.30 pm in the evening and the lady was very insistent that my internet (which I don't have) was under some threat ...... get a life people !

Saying they are from Telstra technical department and there is a breach of my security allowing access to my emails, I replied with a many f*#ks you’s and hung up

Called me seven times over 26 hours. Telstra Call Guardian blocked them all :-)

This number has been calling us for the last week - sometimes 4 times per day. He has Indian accent, claiming to be from Telstra, but then on other occasions he doesn't speak (and just hangs up) . In the first phone call he said he was from Telstra and we had been hacked and we had to give him access to our computer. After hanging up on him the first time, he has continually rung on a daily basis. SCAM, SCAM!

Why don't Telstra block these scumbags, they can but they won't because they also make money every time a call is made.
I just don't answer these calls.

I received a call approx 8.20 pm, Mon 15 Jan 2018. My land line displayed (03) 9584 1205. I disabled the phone no display on my mobile and called the number back, there was a recorded message saying the number was disconnected.

Scammers - "Microsoft or Telstra Technical Support - You have a virus on your computer". They call regularly, they must enjoy the chat with our answering machine because they keep calling and chatting to it for up to 10 minutes despite being blocked.

Just do a high pitched scream down the line - wont call in a hurry again!!

Twice yesterday - the second time (I could hear call centre noise in background and before they spoke) I pressed # 10 or 15 times before hanging up..... the hashtag several times takes your number off their list, apparently - give it a go!

This number has continued calling resulting in the Telstra voicemail saying 'and did not leave a message' six times per day. I have stopped answering the phone. It is made worse because I put a complaint into Telstra over 3 weeks ago that the internet doesn't work, sometimes only 2hrs. access a day, and there have been messages from a different number claiming to be Telstra over the same time frame for the past week - which I won't answer either, I don't know who to believe or how you actually find a way to get in touch with a genuine Telstra Tech support person.

I have VOIP. I unplug my phone when they ring. But they continue ringing. 9 calls since end December and many more prior to that.
I answered the ring this arvo but no one spoke and it went to dial tone. I rang them back, thought I might get lucky and find out who they are, but got the automated message: "The number you have called is not in service."
I have never spoken to anyone on this number.
It's frustrating my ISP can do nothing about this.

i do not use telstra for my internet

This is a scam caller claiming to be from Telstra, needing to fix my computer. Two calls today. Many more in the past. Tell them I have not been with Telstra for 20 years, and that we are with NBN, (TPG) with no computer. They want to argue with me telling me they want to fix my computer. Does not sink in. They are thick as bricks.

I said what is mac count number and that quoted my landline. I said you are not from Telstra. She said she is calling about a technical fault with my computer. I said stop ringing me, incidentally I have approximate 20 calls from this number over the past two weeks, 4 today. She said she could continue to ring me until I fixed the problem with my internet. I said give me your private number and I will continue to ring you until you stop ringing me and she hung up.

Total SCAM - Hang up on them. Indian/Pakistani accent, and claims to be from Telstra Tech Dept. Says that there is a problem with my internet connection, and that I need to log on to my computer - Nice try idiots !!!!!!

This number calling me almost every day and speaking different language may be Indian.

Rings constantly. Same lies every time saying they are Telstra. Tell them to f... off and not call again, but still calling couple times a day.
