This number "(03) 9564 5226" is an unmanned number for the market research company Your Source, located at Chadstne Shopping Centre. This number is the outgoing number displayed when they call you but there are different numbers to actually call them on if you need to speak with a human. Your Source is a legitimate market research agency who conduct food/beverage testing as well as over-the-phone feedback surveys for a variety of different companies. The reason they call so often is due to the systems they work with; if you don't answer a call, the system will reschedule your number to be called again in the next 2-3 hours. It can take up to 5-6 "no contact" outcomes for your number to become inactive in the system for a particular project. It would be more beneficial to answer the call and tell them you are not interested than to continually ignore the calls then complain they are harassing you. They're all just doing their jobs!

It's 8.30pm. They have just called me 3 times in a row. I've rejected them every time. This is an in appropriate time to call somebody for a business call. I'd be ok for my friends and family to call at that time but not a company. I don't get why they even still call me. I've worked full time for the past 6+ years and haven't been able to make any of their product testing.

This is a Market Research company that operates out of Chadstone Shopping Centre in Melbourne. These guys have continued to contact me after being advised repeatedly to stop calling at least 2-3 times a year for the last 6-8 years, I changed my number and they managed to find me and continue to call me. It's gotten to the point where now I pretend I am actually interested in participating their research, get them to book an appointment and then I dont show up. If they wont stop calling me and wasting my time I'll just have to waste their time until they get it and leave me alone once and for all. I am not usally this petty or childish but this has been going on for years and no amount of nicely asking to not be contacted has worked so now I have to resort to being a d*ck. :-)

I've been doing paid surveys with the company for more than a decade and if you don't want your name on the list ask ask them to take it off.
It's an Australian company with a local call centres and mainly employ students on reportedly very flexible hours to suit work and study.
When I've attended a survey in question the staff are not only professional and courteous but frequently smoking hot.
Of you can stay on your high horse about your American call blocker.

They call me every few days on my mobile but I never get to the phone on time. Then I call them back immediately, but no-one answers.

I asked them to stop calling me when I was on maternity leave and they did. I remember signing up for something like this years ago so I was always happy for them to call.

Caller: Your Source A legitimate market research company. They often do surveys for government, so if you're interested in influencing the country you live in, answer the call. Otherwise they often offer PAID research

Caller: The abiove mentioned number It is more that people need decent jobs. Dont be so dismissive of invasions to privacy when no message is left. If people dont answer their phone they dont want to speak to you and you are disturbing the right to peace, safety and certainty by intruding upon civil liberties.

Caller: Scum These pricks have been told to stop ringing numerous times by myself yet they keep on ringing. Have put number in my phone under scammer scum and I don't answer them. Who gives a crap if they are an australian Market Research company. Next phone call gets a bullhorn blown down the phone so that they get blown eardrums. I have the same attitude towards all scammers, including one whoes name is Sindhai Naidu who lives near the Dandenong ranges in VIC and has tried to get credit cards while using my address.

Nothing wrong with calling at 20:30 - the accepted time to reach home residents can be up to 21:00 on weekdays.
Agree with Ed's comments July 29, 2015 - just answer the call. It may be that you don't qualify for the PAID research anyway. Or just ask them to delete you from their database if you're really not interested.
