market research spam on a f*cking Sunday

YOU go tell them to harass phone customers during business hours. NOT AFTER business hours. And if they're in Sri Lanka? YOU tell them to set their clock to Australian time!

survey call, 2nd today

got this anonymous call today at "4;55pm" and have previously had "BOGUS CALLS" over a long period .

They rang. Said I qualified for a survey to be held at Flemington and would be paid $170 if interested. Ok. The they proceeded with "I need to ask a few questions". Ended up being @ 20 questions (nearly a full blown survey) to be then told I don't qualify. Reporting scam to ACMA tomorrow I don't like sneaky liars and time wasters. Piss them off if they happen to get you.

Actually this company stated 5 times "I am from the ATO" when questioned, she (same voice as on the unmanned machine) said "Yes I am from the Australian Taxation Office". My secretary has taped the call.

Not sure it's really appropriate for them to call me at 2pm on Mothers Day!

it's 'Your Soure' marketing company. They won't ring for months, then they will call everyday. I spam they with 1000 emails for every call I receive.

I love my iPhone and all the people here. First thanks to everyone here for letting me know these people at this number are a pain in the behind and secondly to Apple for allowing me to use my phone and block a callers number and they don't even know and keep on ringing......lol

Thanks Ed, but you know, I don't think even market research companies are supposed to call us after 8pm and I just had a call from that number - minutes after 8. Thankfully I can block callers on my new mobile, so they'll just be wasting their time if they try again
