Called my wife's phone. She answered Hello. Click. Immediately after that, I got a call. Like 2 seconds after hers. I ignored it. Figured if it was important they would leave a message. Two and a half hours later the same caller on my phone. No way Jose.

Unsolicited cold caller wanting to install a free power pal energy monitoring device.

Simply a company trying to cash in on governement rebates and while maybe not officially a scam, its very much scam like behaviour trying to catch people who are not aware what is happening and will simply agree to have the device installed so the company profits.
