Wanted to know how many exhaust fans I have for some government initiative. Wouldn't listen when I told them I'm not interested so I hung up. Blocked.

Asked for me by name. Said they were calling on behalf of a government water saving initiative and asked how many shower heads I have in my home. When I stated that I rented and would like my number removed from their database, the caller hung up.

Caller: No idea who it was - thick accent

Asked for myself directly with first and last name. Then asked if I was still in postcode area XXXX. I replied no. They asked where I was now to which I replied what is this in regards to….. they hung up.
Definitely a scam

Went to voice mail and didn't bother to leave a message! Could hear background talking like a call centre.

Indian call centre, knew my name but stated a very old address. Asking me for my current details. I refused and he hung up on me.

Called offering free energy saving products and I hung up. Proceeded to call me SEVERAL times and saying nothing. Creepy.

Greeted me by name. Asked if I received a home energy device. Said no and they hung up. Didn’t even give me time to decline. Now blocked.

Was offering me a free electrical device, have been getting the calls all week.
Told them to take me off their list and hung up.
Person proceeded to call me another 8 times and abuse me each time, calling me a liar about getting called each day. Call logs don't lie when you spoof a number.

Electrical nonsense scam greenhouse yada yada

Claim to offer free govt energy saving products - exhaust fans, led lights etc. persistent, call from various numbers even if you tell them no. Block them.

The call was to offer homeowners in Victoria a free power monitoring device. I very nicely declined and, the caller hung up in my ear.

Called twice, hung up. Looks dodgy!

Heavily accented. Would not accept polite no thanks.
